Welcome to the Trust the Perfection of Life meditation.

Every day things happen in our life.

People do things,

Things change in the world,

Technology changes.

There are countless changes happening all the time.

Our body changes,

The stars are moving,

The Sun is moving,

The Earth is moving,

The clouds are moving,

Everything's changing.

We can either spend our life resisting what is and causing ourselves undue stress or we can accept reality,

Stop arguing with reality and experience profound peace.

And as we do this not only do we feel better but we also are in a state of consciousness where we can make wonderful choices to change things in our life.

So we feel better and we are far more effective in a very pragmatic way.

So let's start by taking a few breaths and just opening our hearts and opening our minds to the wonder of life,

To accepting that life is as you breathe right now.

Life is as it is.

So as you breathe just coming to the acceptance that you are here,

Accepting that you have the body that you have right now,

Accepting that you have the life you have currently.

Things can change in the future but it is what it is right in this moment.

Your finances,

Whatever the number is,

Working on various projects,

Can you accept where they are in the process.

Just let yourself accept the climate,

The temperature,

The humidity.

And as you breathe just look around you,

Look within you and just come to a level of acceptance that everything is as it is.

Can you just be right here with what is exactly as it is without trying to change anything at all.

Just accepting it as it is.

People are as they are in your life.

You are the way you are.

Just breathe into this.

Accepting yourself as you are,

Your mind as it is.

Not trying to change anything,

Not saying it should be this,

It should be that,

I don't like this,

I do want this.

Be with what is.

The noise is what it is,

The temperature is as it is,

Your health is as it is right now.

People in your life are the way they are,

Exactly the way they are.

The prices of various things are the way they are.

Just ask your heart,

Am I willing to accept that everything is as it is.

And what if everything is exactly the way it is and not only that,

What if it's meant to be exactly as it is and there's benefit in things being as they are.

That whatever is happening is beneficial for you as it is,

The way it is.

What if everything in your life,

Everything in your life is exactly the way it's meant to be right now and exactly the way it is,

Is the most beneficial conditions for you right now.

For your growth,

For your transformation,

For your blessings,

For the change,

Everything.

What if exactly,

Exactly the conditions you have,

Including all the so-called problems,

Are exactly the right conditions and greatest benefit for you in this moment.

So as you contemplate this,

As you release resistance,

As you let go of what should and shouldn't be and you accept as it is,

Just notice how you feel lighter and more relaxed and more able to see clearly,

Think clearly,

Feel better and make the best choices about what you can do to move in whatever direction you're feeling called towards.

So you can come back to this meditation whenever you want,

Whenever you're feeling you're resisting life,

Stressing about life,

Just come back and look at it again.

What if everything is exactly as it is and instead of arguing with reality and fighting life,

You can wholeheartedly come to alignment with what is.

Instead of fighting with it in our mind,

We just come to terms with what is,

Is the way it is.

All the pain in our life is hugely increased by resisting what is and when we stop resisting then the pain from the resistance dissolves and we're left with what is,

Which is much much much easier to manage and even benefit from and even enjoy.

So keep these things in your beautiful heart and notice what changes.

Thank you,, Michael, as I believe this is a very important practice. One thing I would add, is the idea “perception” of what it is. What it seems you are doing here is nudging people toward non-dualistic thinking; giving up that idea of good and bad, easy hard, suffering vs pain; very difficult in the world we perceive.
