This is a guided meditation to inspire a soothing,
Fulfilling,
And healing presence of peace within you,
Around you,
And throughout your life.
So let's begin by settling in and getting comfortable,
However you see fit.
Let's take a nice breath in and out,
And another deep breath in and out,
And one more nice deep breath in and out.
And now I invite you to feel into what peace is like for you.
Maybe it's an easy state of mind or a feeling of getting along with everyone and everything.
Maybe you feel a gentleness throughout your body,
A sound and easy feeling where you just feel you can surrender and let go.
Take a moment as you continue to breathe to really feel what peace is like for you.
And as you continue to gradually and gently inhale and exhale,
Maintain this calming breathing pattern as you connect in with the core of your body,
Your centeredness,
And your innermost self deep within you.
And notice one little point,
That eternal seed or cell that came into this lifetime with the gifts and the opportunities.
This part of you always has available to it an eternal and beautiful sense of peace.
So as you notice this part of you,
Deep within you,
Feel the quiet and the calming sensation that this small point has to offer.
As you inhale and exhale,
For each breath begins to magnify this point of peace within your center as this energy that's so tranquil begins to gently permeate,
Extending in all directions like a calm frequency that you radiate into the atmosphere,
Extending and expanding,
Feeling so calm as it extends in all directions,
As well as throughout your body and down below you and above you.
You are a presence of beautiful peace and tranquility.
And as this very calming energy expands and extends throughout the world,
And the universe,
You are so free and so peaceful as you sit in the present of this moment,
Feeling so relaxed,
Becoming one with the air around you and within you,
A peaceful vibration and a gentle hum and rhythm that eases you and gives you the opportunity to be free as you float along and are connected to the oneness of presence.
Continuing to breathe,
Feeling so relaxed,
You have created an inner peace and a peace everywhere in everything you do and all that you are.
You can be this energy of peace because it's always within you.
As you are reminded right now of this gentle frequency and this calming energy,
So sound and tranquil and breathe.
And now that you've created this beautiful,
Peaceful presence of peace,
You can gently and easily begin to feel your feet,
Loosen your legs,
Check in with your core,
Feeling your chest and your back,
Expanding and easing with each breath.
As you loosen your shoulders,
Gently move your arms,
Hands and fingers,
Relaxing your neck and throat,
Easing your jaw,
Feeling a relaxed and peaceful mind.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back to your space.
