This meditation is a guided visualization inviting you into the feelings and experience of radiant health and wellness throughout your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit.
This will usher you into a feeling of your best and strongest self.
So let's begin by getting comfortable,
Whether you're laying down or seated in a chair.
And be mindful of what you're wearing so you don't feel constricted in any way.
And close your eyes.
Let's begin with a few deep breaths with an inhale,
An exhale,
An inhale,
An exhale,
And in,
And out.
And as you continue this breathing pattern,
Settling in and feeling more relaxed,
I invite you to imagine what it would feel like to be your healthiest self.
You may see yourself looking a certain way or acting a certain way as your healthy,
Most vibrant self.
See that,
But more importantly,
Really tune in and feel what it would be like throughout your body and your life to feel your highest,
Most radiant self.
And if you find yourself getting distracted by your current feelings or past experiences,
Just allow that and with each breath,
Take those thoughts and feelings and see them gently floating away,
Drifting further and further as you come back to your breath and the vision and feeling of your highest and healthiest self.
And with this awareness of what could be and that beautiful version of you,
Imagine that scene and all of that energy with all the feelings entering into you and blending throughout your body.
You may feel as if you are stepping forward or leaning into it as it merges with you and blends.
And through this,
You may feel an elevation.
All these beautiful feelings of your highest and most healthiest self begin to fill you up and take over.
All your cells are elevating and circulating this beautiful energy as you begin to shine and radiate this wonderful feeling of high vibrancy and ultimate health.
As you breathe that in and out and in and out,
Begin to feel this elevated experience throughout your body,
From the top of your head all the way down through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest as it expands and your shoulders roll back as you open up to the highest you.
Your back is so relaxed as this energy continues down,
Elevating all your cells through your waist,
Into your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your shins and down into your feet,
So vibrant and radiant.
Feel it.
It is you,
You have become this beautiful version of the highest vibration of your ultimate health.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in new energy and releasing the old energy.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing it throughout your entire body,
Your mind and your spirit,
So radiant.
All this wellness all around you and deep within you.
Breathing in and out and in and out.
For in these few minutes,
You've elevated your entire body,
Your mind and your spirit.
And know that whenever you need any kind or any form of a recharge and a refresh,
You can tune inward and connect with your breath and you will realign with this highest and most vibrant and available version of yourself and all your wellness.
