This meditation offers an opportunity to move through your doubts and fears and into a space and an experience of feeling confident,
Safe,
Healthy,
And happy.
So let's begin by getting comfortable.
Whatever that means for you,
Whether you're laying down or seated in a chair,
Just settle in and relax.
And we'll begin with closing your eyes and a few deep breaths with an inhale and exhale and inhale and exhale and in and out.
As you breathe and feel more and more relaxed.
So maybe you have been feeling a lot of doubts or fears and challenges,
Which is normal and very much a part of our human experience.
But now we have the opportunity to clear that away.
For the truth is all is really well.
And right now we are reminding you of this space and this energy of wellness,
Continuing to breathe and settling in.
You may feel a energy of all of the distractions and the doubts and fears.
It may feel like a cloud that holds you down and restricts you.
Notice that and what your experiences with those doubts and fears in this present moment.
Breathing and relaxing.
And I invite you to imagine in front of you,
There is a different climate,
A different energy,
Almost as if you are standing at the threshold or a wide open doorway where on the side you're on,
It may feel stuffy and cloudy,
Restricting and limiting.
But on this threshold,
You stand in view a beautiful open space.
So calm,
Clear skies.
The air is clear and easy to breathe.
Beautiful sense.
Tranquil breeze.
There's an easiness.
So inviting.
As you stand there and witness this energy and this atmosphere that's right in front of you,
I invite you to step forward and cross that threshold into the beautiful open space,
Gorgeous land,
Singing birds,
Tranquil breeze,
Calming,
Relaxing and releasing.
As you step forward and you move into this energy and this beautiful atmosphere that is who you are deep within you and outside of you,
Who you are in this moment right now.
Letting go and releasing that constricting space that's now behind you as you float forward and further away from that gray and suffocating area.
Breathing deeper and clearer,
Your spirit expands,
Feeling so peaceful and elevated.
Realizing all the wellness.
This beautiful space detaches you from the feelings and the fears that held you back for you were free.
And you can move forward feeling calm within your heart,
Your mind throughout your body and your spirit.
All is so well.
Feeling healthier,
Happier,
Safer and confident.
Breathe that in and feel it from your head down through your body to your fingers and to your toes.
Beautiful land,
Expansive wellness within you and embodying you all as well and peaceful right now.
And as you continue to breathe,
Feeling so balanced and free of that weighted energy,
All is well.
Feeling so vibrant and elevated.
Knowing as you move forward,
You can do so with confidence and vibrancy and calm centeredness that holds you safe and steady no matter what comes your way.
All is well within you and beyond you as you continue to breathe and out and in and out.
