This meditation is designed to bring you into your heart,
So that you can ask your heart for some advice.
When we want wise counsel,
This is where we go.
So you can ask anything about what's going on in your life,
Anything that you need some clarity on,
Some direction,
Knowing that whenever you come into your heart,
You will always be given good advice.
So trust the process,
Know that we are leading you exactly where you need to go to ask the questions and find the answers you're seeking.
So begin by coming into a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And bring your attention to your heart center,
That space in the middle of your chest,
And imagine as if you are breathing in and out of your heart center,
Feeling the expansion on each inhale,
Softening on the exhale,
As you connect more deeply with the energy of your heart,
And now to further amplify the energy of your heart,
We'll introduce a deep sense of gratitude.
So just reflecting on the last 24 hours of your life,
Recall any moments,
Big or small,
That you are grateful for,
And now let the gratitude reflection go,
And continue resting your attention in the vibration of your heart center,
And now with an open heart,
Ask any question that you need some advice on.
Whatever you ask of your heart,
It will give you an answer,
And for the last few minutes of the meditation,
Allow your attention to rest in the vibration and the energy of your heart,
With gratitude for the advice that's been given,
