I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.
My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.
Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.
By promoting relaxation,
Reducing stress and anxiety,
And improving sleep and mood,
Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.
Today is day number 18.
Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.
Close your eyes.
Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Helping your entire body to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.
The focus of today's meditation is on cultivating joy every day.
I want you to bring your attention to your heart center and visualize a radiant light glowing in your chest,
Representing your innate capacity for joy and happiness.
Feel this light expanding with each breath,
Filling your entire body with warmth and positive energy.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine a joyful memory or experience that brings a smile to your face.
It could be a simple moment of laughter,
Time spent with a loved one,
Or an achievement that brought you great joy.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory,
Relishing the feelings of happiness and delight.
Feel the positive emotions and sensations associated with joy spreading throughout your body,
Uplifting your spirit.
Visualize the essence of that joyful experience infusing your being.
Now expand your focus to encompass the present moment.
Tune into your senses and notice the beauty and blessings that surround you right now.
Observe the sounds,
The smells,
The sights and the sensations of the present moment.
Allow yourself to fully experience and appreciate the richness of the present.
Feel a sense of gratitude and contentment for the joy that exists within and around you.
Take a few moments to express gratitude for the joy that you have experienced in your life.
Reflect on the moments that have brought you happiness and appreciation.
Cultivate a sense of gratitude for the present moment and the joy that it holds.
And carry this sense of joy with you throughout your day,
Knowing you have the power to cultivate and invite more joy into your life.
Remember,
Finding joy is a practice and it can be nurtured through gratitude,
Mindfulness and embracing the present moment.
Regular practice of this meditation can help you connect with the joy that resides within you and create a more joyful and fulfilling life.

And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me out loud.
I embrace menopause as a natural and beautiful transition in my life.
I honor my body and its journey through menopause.
I release any fears or doubts about menopause and trust in the wisdom of my body.
I am grateful for the opportunities that menopause brings for growth and self-discovery.
I am open to experiencing new levels of joy and fulfillment in this phase of my life.
I choose to focus on the positive aspects of menopause and let go of any negative beliefs or attitudes.
I am surrounded by love and support as I navigate menopause.
