Welcome fellow menopause sister.

I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.

My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.

Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.

By promoting relaxation,

Reducing stress and anxiety,

And improving sleep and mood,

Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.

Today is day number one.

Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then exhale through your mouth,

Helping your entire body to relax.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.

The focus for today's meditation is about accepting the changes that happen during menopause.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your attention to your body.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and allow them to release as you breathe out.

Imagine that with each exhale,

You are letting go of any resistance or fear around the changes that come with menopause.

I want you to visualize a beautiful,

Serene landscape in your mind's eye.

It can be a place that you've visited before or one that you just imagined.

Picture yourself standing in this peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

As you stand in this place,

Notice the cycles of change that occur naturally in the world around you.

The seasons change,

The leaves fall from the trees,

And new growth appears in the spring.

Recognize that change is a natural part of life,

And just as the earth goes through cycles,

So do our bodies.

Bring your attention back to your breath,

And with each inhale,

Imagine that you are breathing in acceptance and peace.

With each exhale,

Release any resistance or fear around the changes that come with menopause.

Repeat this process for as long as you like,

Allowing yourself to fully embrace the natural changes that occur in your body during this time.

Know that you are not alone,

And that many women go through this transition with grace and ease.

And now,

In your mind's eye,

I want you to picture your beautiful face.

And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,

Out loud.

I embrace the changes that menopause brings and trust that my body knows what it needs to do.

I am grateful for my body and the amazing journey it has taken me on.

I am confident in my ability to adapt to the changes of menopause and thrive.

I release any fear or resistance to the changes of menopause and choose to approach this time with a positive mindset.

I am open to new experiences and opportunities that come with this phase of life.

I choose to focus on the positive aspects of menopause,

Such as increased wisdom and self-awareness.

I honor my body and give it the love and care it deserves during this time of transition.

I trust that my body is doing exactly what it needs to do to support my overall health and well-being.

I am empowered to make choices that support my physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual health during menopause.

I am grateful for my body and the amazing journey it has taken me on.

I am excited for the new chapter of my life that menopause represents and look forward to all that it has to offer.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
