So whenever you found your position,
You can softly close your eyes and let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Welcoming the flow of air into your body and letting go through the mouth.
Naturally breathing in again,
Filling every corner,
Every area of your body with this oxygen.
Let it go with a sigh.
Once again,
Take a deep breath in and slowly feel the air going in through the nose,
Entering your chest,
Expanding your chest and letting go through the mouth.
And you can continue with this deep breath at your own rhythm.
See if you can prolong,
Extend your exhalation,
Make it slower.
And every time you're sinking deeper into your seat,
You let go of any tension in the jaw,
In the head,
In the neck,
In the shoulders.
Maybe there's tension in the heart,
Breathe into it,
Soften.
Let it go.
Release any tension in the abdominal area,
In the muscles.
Notice if there's any part that is tensing up.
Welcome in the relaxation,
Surrendering.
Maybe there's also some tension in the hips.
Feel into it if there's a need.
Sense your breath into your hips and visualize how the air and the stream of light energy goes into your hips and softens,
Releases any tension stored in the pelvis and the hips.
And sense how you are arriving right now,
How your body is feeling.
Is your mind calm and quiet?
Or maybe you have thoughts.
Just observe.
And we don't detach,
We don't attach to thoughts.
We just watch them as if they were clouds passing by,
Drifting by.
Oh,
There's a thought.
There's a thought.
Maybe you can also check in with your emotional body.
Are there any emotions present right now?
Can you hold still for these emotions?
Maybe you can recognize where in your body this emotion is present.
Let's check in also with our energy field,
Our energetic body.
What is the state of our energy right now?
Maybe we could give it a color that would represent how our energy is right now all around us.
How big,
How small is our energetic field?
Can we sense it?
And lastly,
Reconnect with our soul,
Our astral body,
That part of ourself that remains always stable no matter moment of time,
Situation.
It's always there,
Wanting to communicate with us,
A direct line with the higher realm,
But also connected to everyone and everything around us.
Is there anything your soul wants to tell you right now?
Take it all in and see how you feel right now after checking in with all the layers of yourself.
Do you feel more present,
More with a calm state of loving kindness and compassion towards yourself?
I want to ask you to visualize yourself outside of your body.
See if you can see yourself from an outside perspective.
How you are right now,
Where you are sitting in the room,
Dressed with the clothes you're wearing,
Meditating with your eyes closed.
See yourself in this state of deep calmness.
You will see yourself slowly extending your hand as if you're holding onto something.
There's something that you're catching in your hand.
And I want to invite you to feel into those areas,
Those aspects in your life,
In yourself,
That you feel you want to control,
That you want to be perfect at.
There's this need of curating and really keeping it safe under your vision,
Under your perspective.
And it may be some areas of your life,
Maybe relationships or work aspects,
Money aspects,
Can be something around yourself that you want to control.
Or even maybe the state of the world,
And see how one by one,
Each of these things that we feel we want to control in our life,
Transform into marbles that fall into your extended hand.
The natural reaction will be to hold on to them,
To grab it tightly so that they don't fall out of your hand.
How long can you hold on with your arm extended?
Maybe your arm will get numb,
Tired.
Maybe it will be even painful to keep this tension.
You know that holding on to this control,
In the long run,
Is not beneficial for you.
Because at the end of the day,
Things still will happen the way that they will happen.
But the weight on your shoulders will be heavy.
Maybe you won't enjoy this aspect as much,
Because you're just so focused on closing that hand and having this grip.
But you maybe lose even the intention,
The initial intention,
Of why you pursue this aspect,
Or what is important for you.
So let's breathe in,
And on the count of three,
See how you let loose of all the marbles that were in your hand.
Let out and let go.
Welcome this new wave of oxygen,
Of breath.
Sense how it feels to release.
To create a space for life to unfold naturally.
How does it feel to let go,
To surrender?
Do you feel lighter,
Maybe even more at peace,
Free?
Or does this surrendering of control rise up some fears?
That's okay,
We're not gonna judge our fears,
Our thoughts,
Our emotions.
You're here to observe.
Maybe you can even recall the last time that you felt you let go of control,
You surrendered.
And what happened?
How did you feel?
And it's okay,
Because control serves us a purpose in our life.
Usually came at some point when we were younger,
To protect us,
To create a sense of safety,
Of security.
Nowadays we are safe,
We are secure.
So we can drop our armor,
To soften again,
To let life fill in the spaces in our life.
Let us set us the intention now to release any tension,
Any build-up,
Sense of control in our body,
In our muscles,
In our tissue of our body.
And let it all go.
Thank it,
We thank it for serving us until now.
But it's time to let it go.
To live a life that is soft,
In our walls,
Our town.
Let's allow us,
Day by day,
To welcome this state more and more into our life.
And every time we get a sense of false control,
We can remind ourselves to soften again,
To see where this sense of control,
The fear is coming from.
And remind ourselves to let go,
To soften,
To open ourselves to receive.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Welcoming the air again into our body.
Maybe you can roll your shoulders back.
Feel your air,
Your body with air.
You can wiggle your body side to side,
Softly.
Let it move by its own.
Maybe you want to stretch,
Elongate your arms,
Your legs.
Come back into your body,
The physical sensations.
Recognize the room that you're in.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back.
