Welcome to this gratitude meditation.

My name is Melissa and I will be your guide for today.

Gratitude is one of the highest frequencies we can embody as human beings.

Therefore this meditation is ideal for when we are too much in our mind at any point of the day and we're longing to align to the frequency of love and miracles.

Please maintain a full sense of freedom during this meditation.

Consider my instructions to be gentle invitations.

Only follow those instructions that feel safe,

Heart-opening and align with your inner truth.

If an instruction or comment is unhelpful or does not apply to you,

Then compassionately leave it to the side.

Find a comfortable position ensuring your spine is long and upright.

Relax your shoulders and neck and roll your shoulders back to open up your chest.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhaling slowly,

Softening your eyes or closing them if you feel comfortable.

Let go of any tension in your body and allow yourself to fully be present in this moment.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Start from your toes and with each exhale release any tension you might be holding.

Feel the relaxation spraying through your feet,

Up your legs and into your torso.

Let go of any tightness in your shoulders,

Neck and face and allow a sense of calm to wash over you.

We're going to start by expressing gratitude to the source of all that is and shall be,

The animating spirit found in all of life or to the higher power of your understanding.

As we do this,

Kindly keep your attention anchored on your heart space and feel the meaning behind the words.

Maybe notice if throughout the rest of your day the feeling of gratitude comes up for the little things and moments.

Remember that you can always come back to this meditation when your mind is too loud and you're in need of returning to love.

Thank you for joining this gratitude meditation.

May your heart remain open and your vibration continues to rise.
