You can remain seated.

Put your spine elongated.

You can put your arms on your lap.

Relax your shoulders.

And you can close your eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

Let the air fill the chest.

And let it go through the exhalation.

Take a couple more of deep breaths.

Welcoming the air through your nose into your body.

And slowly as we come into a more calmer state.

I want you to first put your focus on your physical body.

On the muscles,

The bones.

Your beating heart.

Maybe you feel the expansion of your lungs whenever you breathe in and out.

Maybe you can feel the temperature of the room.

The sounds around you.

And you can feel the contact of your clothes against your skin.

And your legs against the surface that you're sitting on.

And now check in with your body.

How are you physically feeling?

What is here?

What is present right now?

Now let's move to our mental body.

Our thoughts,

Our beliefs.

Which thoughts are present right now?

Let's see if you can observe from the outside.

Is there anything on your mind right now?

Let's focus on our emotional body.

Do you feel any emotion?

Why?

Or more present right now?

And if you do so,

Where in your body does this emotion live?

How big,

How small is the emotion?

Now we move into our energetic body.

And you can sense how your energy levels are right now.

Are you feeling like your energy is super high?

Are you excited?

Maybe you feel the movements around you.

Maybe the energy is more neutral.

Or are you feeling a little low on energy?

And if you could sense how big your energy is right now.

Would it be just around the corners of your body?

Or would it be much bigger?

Do you feel that your energy,

Your energetic body is calm?

Pure,

Clean?

Or are there things in your fields maybe that you've catched during the day?

You don't have to change anything.

It's just about observing.

And lastly,

We move into our astral body or our soul.

This is the presence that's intertwined with everything.

We can feel it.

And we really feel in the center of our being who we are.

And we remember that we are made of pure love.

But besides our thoughts,

Our own ego,

Our emotions,

There is something that is very pure that always remains the same.

And in some glimpses,

Some moments in your life,

You feel this alignment and you can feel this energy very close to you.

Maybe when you're doing the things you love,

And where you're with people that you love,

And you're just in the moment,

You forget about time and space.

How is that part of you right now?

Suddenly,

You can come back into awareness of the room that you're in.

You can move your hands and your feet,

And your body softly.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open up your eyes.
