Just settling into this moment,
Taking a big deep breath in,
Exhaling,
Letting go of all the busyness,
All the decisions to be made,
All the movement that is occurring in the next moment.
If it's comfortable,
Closing your eyes and just taking this moment to pause,
Bringing all your attention to the breath,
Just noticing the center of your being,
Moving in and out as you inhale and exhale,
Bringing all of your awareness to every point of contact with the support beneath you,
Behind you,
Around you,
Feeling the body settling into this moment,
And as you feel the support rising up and holding you,
Knowing the universe is holding you,
Supporting you,
Carrying you through all of life's transitions,
Allowing the body to soften even more now into the support,
Into the love,
The grace,
The wisdom that is present here with you.
As if you could listen into the silence and hear the whisper back,
You're not alone,
Beloved.
I am walking this journey with you.
I know exactly what you need.
I know all the transitions that are happening.
I know all the challenges that you are meeting within yourself and outside of yourself.
I know exactly what's happening for you.
And I am here with you.
And I am providing all that you need to move through each and every one of these moments.
All you need do is just ask.
And it's already been answered because I already know exactly what you need.
And just allowing these words of the divine to land gently,
Softly into those places of wanting and worry.
As if there was just a beam of golden rose colored light washing down upon you and all around you.
Soothing and comforting all the places in you that are feeling overwhelmed,
Unsure,
Insecure,
Distracted.
As if this golden rose colored light was washing through any illusion you hold about yourself.
I'm not good enough.
I'm just an imposter here.
What if they see me as incapable or weak?
Because I feel so deeply.
Just allowing this healing light to dissolve any limiting idea about you.
So that you can rest into the truth of your being.
Listening into the stillness,
Listening to the words of the universe again.
Oh,
Beloved.
I brought you into being.
I made you from the dust of stars.
You have within you the power to create through a clear intention,
Through elevated emotion,
The life you choose for you.
You are capable,
You are stronger than you know.
You are so deeply connected to me that you have access to the wisdom of the cosmos.
You are here by divine appointment.
You are here to shine a light for yourself,
For the people you love and care about.
And so many others known and unknown.
And I'm with you every step of the way.
So rest now into the stillness.
Rest now into a deeper knowing.
Rest now into that place where only the truth lives and echoes.
Allow that healing light to continue to wash and bathe and soothe your entire being.
Rest now and allow the support beneath you to hold you in this moment.
And take this connection of support with you into whatever challenge lies before you.
Allow it to stand with you.
To whisper in your ear the truth that you know deep in your soul to be true.
Rest now into the truth of your being.
Into the support beneath you.
Carrying it with you in this moment into every moment,
Into every situation into all that you do.
And so taking one more deep breath in.
Exhaling.
So in a moment,
I will count back from five to one.
When I get to one,
You'll be awake,
Alert,
Able to remember these deeper truths.
That you are supported.
That you are powerful.
That you are so deeply connected to a greater wisdom beyond you.
And that you can rest into the support with every breath.
So coming back now five,
Taking a breath deep into the abdomen.
Four,
Beginning to move and stretch the body.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Three,
Bringing your awareness back into the room coming all the way back up now.
Two,
Getting ready to open your eyes.
