So coming into the moment taking a breath and as you exhale just feeling the weight of your body sinking into the support beneath you,
Feeling that support rising up and with every breath that you breathe in just imagine that you're breathing in a golden rose colored light,
Warm,
Soft,
Soothing and comforting.
As you exhale letting the tension begin to soften and dissolve and noticing how the body feels as you're resting here into this moment,
Bringing all your awareness to the support beneath you,
Feeling the many points of contact of your body as you sink a little deeper into it as it continues to effortlessly hold you.
I'm just asking every cell of your body to memorize that feeling,
That effortless holding,
That unconditional acceptance of the weight of your being into this moment.
Just noticing how the all of you is being accepted into the support beneath you and imagining now that you're somewhere in a beautiful place in nature,
A place that just makes your soul smile.
Perfect time of day,
The perfect temperature just allows you to sink even deeper into this place and again recognizing how wholly your presence is being accepted in this moment,
In this beautiful place in nature.
I'm just recognizing within you any place within you that is having a challenge,
That is holding difficult feelings,
That has sometime recently or long ago been hurt or wounded or disappointed and bringing your attention back to the beauty of this place and seeing the colors and the textures,
Hearing the sounds of nature around you and allowing this place to continue to soothe every sense of your being into a deeper state of just letting go,
Feeling how fully this place holds you and welcomes the all of you.
This place,
This support beneath you is teaching you in this moment how to be with yourself,
With those parts that are still in some way holding challenge,
Holding a grievance or a loss.
This place in nature,
The support beneath you is 100% allowing your allness to be present and that is teaching you how to be present to the allness of your own self and so taking your attention to that place that may feel challenged or wounded or even hurt and saying I see you and I accept you and you are welcome here in this moment and whether we pay attention to these places within us or not,
They exist and they deserve our attention,
They deserve our acceptance and so extending that kindness,
That welcoming to any place within you that has been marginalized,
That has been compartmentalized,
That has in some way been shunned or shamed into the shadows of your awareness and today allowing the beautiful place in nature that your mind's eye has created for you,
Allowing the support beneath you to inform your entire being of how to be with yourself,
With the all of you and extending that kindness into the shadows of your being in those loving kind words of I see you and I am so glad that you are here with me on this journey to wholeness and I see you and I am so sorry for what you have experienced and I am right here with you and together we can continue to allow the tension,
To allow the challenging feelings to work themselves out from the system in a way that's natural and loving and kind,
In a way that is welcoming and embracing of the all of your being.
You could imagine handing blankets of that golden rose colored light into those places,
Into those parts of you that are still feeling,
Still feeling the challenge or the loss or the hurt or the grievance,
Feeling how wholly this place in nature accepts and holds you and allowing that to be your blueprint and your map of how to be fully receptive of your own self,
Of any place that you perceive has a limitation within you,
Any place within you that is holding a despot of skill set or experience.
Just allowing nature to teach you how to be fully present to the allness of your experience of your being.
The sun shines on all of the planet and you too can shine your love and shine your light into the all of your being and just taking one more breath in and exhaling,
Resting fully into this beauty of nature and appreciating how nature holds the all of you and continuing to extend that to yourself as a practice in this moment,
In every moment.
