So take a moment to get comfortable.
Settle into stillness.
And then close down your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
Start to draw your awareness inwards.
When you're ready,
Take a long,
Deep,
Full breath in through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Continuing with two more breaths in the same way.
And with each exhalation,
Letting go of any stress,
Tiredness,
Or tightness that you're holding onto in your body.
Allowing each breath to ground you in the present moment.
And then bringing your awareness back to the outside world now.
Starting to notice all of the different sounds in the environment around you.
The sensations in your body.
Bringing this sense of groundedness and presence into the remainder of your day or evening you will full life change in the world.
