And beginning by settling into your posture,
Either sitting or lying down,
And if you haven't
already,
Either closing down your eyes or finding a soft,
Steady gaze at a point ahead.
And beginning to draw your awareness inwards,
Softening through your face,
Neck,
Shoulders,
And your back,
And allowing your body to sink a little bit deeper down into the support
of the surfaces beneath you,
And in your own time,
Taking three long,
Full,
Nourishing
breaths right the way down into your belly,
And with each exhale that follows,
Letting
go of everything that's led you up until this point today,
And everything that's to
come after,
Knowing that for the next little while,
There's nothing else you need to do,
Nowhere else you need to be,
Simply allowing yourself to be here in this moment,
Resting
your awareness on the gentle rising and falling of your breath,
Experiencing the breath as
it flows in and out of your body without any effort or control,
And from this place of
groundedness and connection with yourself,
Seeing if you can feel into your heart space,
Experiencing the breath and your heart both at once,
As best you can,
Letting go of your
desire to do more or be more in this moment,
And instead allowing yourself to lean into the
experience of simply being,
Experiencing the breath and your heart,
Marveling in the magic
of just being you,
The miracle of being alive in this moment,
With this body,
This heart,
This breath,
Knowing that this simple act of being here exactly as you are is more than enough,
There's nothing you need to prove,
Nothing you need to do more or less of,
Simply breathing and connecting in with your infinite worth and value just as you are,
Softly continuing to breathe,
Feeling into your body and your heart,
A deep sense of
connection with yourself,
Honoring your inherent worth and value by silently repeating to yourself
in your mind,
I do enough,
I have enough,
I am enough,
I do enough,
I have enough,
I am enough,
Knowing that regardless of your income,
Relationship status,
Number of friends,
No matter what is lost or gained,
Knowing that you are whole and complete,
Filled with so much worthiness and value,
Simply by being you,
Continuing to repeat to yourself in your mind,
I do enough,
I have enough,
I am enough,
I do enough,
I have enough,
I am enough,
Continuing to rest here with your breath and your heart,
Trusting that you are exactly who
and where and what you are supposed to be and that this is enough,
Allowing yourself
to continue to rest here in your wholeness,
The magnificence of your body,
Your being,
Your tender heart for the final few moments of this practice,
Basking in the beautiful energy of your inherent worth and value and when you're ready,
Slowly beginning to draw your breath in a little bit deeper once again,
Finding small movements through your fingers,
Your toes,
Taking any little movements or
stretches that you need as you start to ease your way out of this practice slowly and mindfully,
When you're ready,
Drawing the practice to a close.
