Welcome everyone to your healing from heartbreak guided meditation.
My name is Megan Farrell and today I will be guiding you through your meditation practice.
This meditation will help you start the healing practice from a broken heart.
Let's begin our practice by scanning the body and noticing where we might be clenching physically in the body.
It might be that your chest feels physically constrained or restricted.
Maybe it's the hips,
The upper back.
Maybe the hands are clenched together or the jaw is clenched tight.
Scan your body from the crown of your head to your toes and notice the areas of the body where you may be holding stress.
Now notice the breath.
Breathe in deeply and fully and as you exhale think of breathing out stress,
Anger,
Negativity,
And toxicity.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Big breath in.
Long breath out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
It's okay if feelings are coming up for you.
Sadness,
Resentment,
Hurt,
Anger,
Or loss.
We aren't trying to squash these feelings.
It's important to acknowledge them and feel your feelings so we can heal.
So take a moment to notice any feelings that are coming up for you right now.
Now with all the love and kindness in the world,
Let it go.
Breathe.
Release the feelings with your exhales and begin to see the pieces of your heart start to fuse back together.
Like a reverse scene in a movie,
Begin to see these shattered pieces of your heart get glued back together.
As the pieces join back,
A red glow begins to pulsate within.
It's slow at first but as the pieces join back like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle,
The glow gets brighter and brighter.
See this image in your mind of your healing heart and repeat this mantra after me.
I allow my heart to be happy and to heal.
I will get through this.
I feel peace within me once more.
Now on your own,

You you you you you Imagine your heart has fully healed the pieces have mended and your heart is whole It glows bright from within you Place your hands over your heart and feel the connection of your hands on your heart the warmth of them as they rest there and Spread warmth to your heart and the rest of your body Repeating your mantra one more time to yourself I allow my heart to be happy and to heal I will get through this I feel peace within me once more Releasing your mantra Taking your time here as you gently awaken your body Honoring the process of healing and knowing you can come back to this meditation at any time When you are ready to go,
