Welcome everyone,
My name is Megan Farrell and today I will be leading you through your deep healing meditation.
So go ahead wherever you are and find a nice comfortable seating position.
Maybe sitting up tall or lying down but making sure that the spine is nice and long and that nothing is obstructing your breathing.
Nosing down the eyes,
Just take a few natural breaths here.
And now go ahead and place your hands one on top of the belly and one hand on top of your heart.
Feel the connection of your hand on top of your belly,
On top of the heart,
Feel the warmth there.
Then go ahead and take a deep breath into the belly and exhale,
Let all the air go.
Take a deep breath into the belly,
Allow it to expand.
Exhale,
Let all the air go,
Draw your navel to your spine.
Deep breath in,
Exhale,
Let all the air go.
Now take a deep breath into the belly and ribs,
Exhale from your ribs and your belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs expand.
Exhale from your ribs and your belly.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale to let all the air go.
Take a deep breath into belly,
Ribs and your heart space.
Exhale from your heart space,
Your rib cage,
Your belly.
Inhale belly,
Rib cage,
Heart space.
Exhale heart space,
Rib cage,
Belly.
Inhale feeling the collarbones and the belly expand.
Exhale to let all your air go.
Go ahead and take a few more of this three part breath.
Now go ahead and just allow the arms to fall naturally down by your sides.
And taking a body scan here,
So from the tips of your toes,
Scanning the body all the way up the feet,
The shins,
The calves,
The thighs,
The quads,
The pelvis,
The glutes,
The side body,
The stomach,
Low back,
Upper back,
The chest,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The elbows,
Onto your wrist,
Your fingers,
Back up the arms,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
All the way up to the crown of your head.
Take this full body scan.
And now bring your awareness to the area of your body that needs healing.
Maybe you physically feel unwell or sick in a certain body part.
Maybe it's an area that feels sluggish and low energy.
Even if it's a bunch of things,
Just pick one of these spots and bring your awareness to this area.
Picture a warm gold glow starting to bathe and cover this area.
Like a gold shimmering cloak,
This cloak feels warm and starts to pulsate on the sickness,
This illness and disease within you.
It begins to mend this area,
Drawing out the sluggishness and replacing it with healing vibrations.
See this gold shimmering cloak beginning to heal you.
Hold this image in your head and begin to repeat this mantra to yourself.
I am healthy.
I am whole.
I am healing my body from the inside out.
I am healthy.
I am whole.
I am healing my body from the inside out.
I am healthy.
I am whole.
I am healing my body from the inside out.

Repeat this mantra once more to yourself.
I am healthy.

Giving it a chance to rest and reset.

Right now,
To focus only on healing.
Healing the body and staying positive in the mind.
And when it feels right to you,
Blink open your eyelids,
Breathe in positive healing energy,
And as you exhale,
Letting your intention of healing out into the world.
