Welcome everyone to your guided meditation for confidence.
My name is Megan Farrell and I will be leading you through your meditation today.
This meditation is intended to help you tap into your confidence and embody it.
So wherever you are,
Go ahead and find your meditation position.
Maybe choosing to sit down cross-legged.
Perhaps you choose to lay down.
Just picking a spot,
Sticking with it,
And preparing for your meditation.
Go ahead and place your hands on your belly.
So we will begin with a racial breathing exercise.
So I want you to let all of the air go from your body.
And then on an inhale,
Take a deep breath into the belly for 1,
2,
3,
4,
Pause.
Exhale 4,
3,
2,
1,
Pause.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
Pause.
Exhale 4,
3,
2,
1,
Pause.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
Pause.
Exhale 4,
3,
2,
1,
Pause.
Now keep going and take a few more cycles of your breath here.
Now,
Bringing your awareness to your hands placed on the low belly.
I want you to imagine this red sphere appear right at the very base of your pelvis.
This red sphere moves clockwise and gets brighter and brighter as it moves.
Above it,
Just below your navel,
Is an orange sphere that appears.
The orange sphere in tune with the red sphere moves clockwise and gets brighter and brighter.
Just above your navel,
A yellow sphere appears and in tune with the orange and red sphere,
It moves clockwise and gets brighter and brighter.
As these spheres move,
They merge together,
Creating this fire within you.
This fire within you makes you feel powerful,
Strong,
And confident.
You can feel the heat of this power as it ignites within you,
Coursing through your entire being.
And you repeat to yourself,
I am confident.
I am confident in myself and my decisions.
I am confident in who I am and what I offer to the world.
I am confident.
I am confident in myself and my decisions.
I am confident in who I am and what I offer to the world.
I am confident.
I am confident in myself and my decisions.
I am confident in who I am and what I offer to the world.
Keep repeating this affirmation to yourself over and over as you imagine this fire igniting within you.

Now,
Wherever you are,
Repeat this mantra one more time to yourself.
I am confident.
I am confident in myself and my decisions.
I am confident in who I am and what I offer to the world.
And then beginning to breathe a little deeper as you let go of this mantra,
Bringing awareness back into the body and when it feels right to you,
Blinking open the eyelashes and confidently moving through your day.
