Welcome everyone to your guided meditation to manifest abundance.

My name is Megan Farrell and I will be leading you through your meditation practice today.

So wherever you are,

Go ahead and find a nice,

Comfortable meditative position.

Perhaps sitting cross-legged,

Maybe laying down,

Whatever feels good to you,

Making sure the spine is nice and long and there's nothing obstructing your breathing.

Just take a moment to notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

Allow it to move in and out of your body.

No judgment,

Just notice.

And now begin to breathe a little deeper.

Exhaling all the air out of the body.

And on an inhale,

Begin to fill the belly up with air.

Exhale to let all the air go.

Take a deep breath in,

Allow the belly to expand.

Exhale to let all the air go.

Deep breath in,

Belly expands.

Exhale let all the air go.

Now take a deep breath into the belly and your rib cage.

Exhale from your rib cage,

Your belly.

Inhale belly,

Rib cage.

Exhale from your rib cage,

Your belly.

Inhale allow the belly and ribs to expand.

And exhale to let all the air go.

Now inhale belly,

Rib cage,

Heart space.

Exhale from your heart space,

Your rib cage,

Your belly.

Deep breath in,

Belly,

Rib cage,

Heart space.

Exhale heart space,

Rib cage,

Belly.

Inhale belly,

Rib cage,

Collarbones expand.

Exhale let all the air go.

Big breath out.

And keep breathing here.

Taking a few more of your very own three-part breath.

Inhale to expand.

And exhale to let go.

Keep going.

Now go ahead and take a few moments to clear the mind.

Letting go of the to-do list and whatever you've got going on after your meditation.

Simply letting it all go.

Bring your attention fully to the belly and the inhalations and exhalations of your breath.

Now go ahead and set your intention.

What abundance do you want in your life?

Is it freedom to travel?

A certain amount of money in your bank?

Is it a job you love?

Get detailed and super specific on what abundance you want in your life and why you want it.

Feel your body start to hum and vibrate with excitement as if you have the thing you are already manifesting.

Like a tuning fork that has been struck,

Your body vibrates,

It hums,

It goes faster and faster.

Like a sun that is shining through your body,

It gets brighter and brighter.

It glows bigger and bigger.

You are humming with excitement.

You are humming with faith.

Do not let doubt cloud this excitement.

Allow this vibration to go faster and faster and feel your whole body respond with it.

Now make your ask to the universe.

Say what you want and why you want it without fear of being judged.

Just simply but positively state your request.

Picture having this thing in your life as if it's already here.

Think of and visualize all the positive emotions you'll experience,

Happiness,

Confidence,

Joy,

Relief.

There are no limits here.

Let your imagination run wild.

Den it with soul.

You you and Now make your ask one more time to the universe Say what you want,

And why you want it Thank the universe for sending this thing to you this abundance that you are manifesting and attracting into your life You don't need to know how it will happen just knowing with unshakable faith it will thank the universe for sending it your way knowing it will come when it's meant to Breathe a little deeper into the body beginning to bring awareness to your fingers and toes beginning to rotate the wrist and the ankles Maybe you nod your head gently from side to side when it feels right to you lifting the corner of the mouth just a little bit just a little smile and blinking your eyelashes open Thank you so much for joining me today for your guided meditation to manifest abundance
