Welcome to your guided meditation to tap into your creativity.

My name is Megan Farrell and I will be taking you through your meditation.

This meditation is intended to help you unblock and tap into your creativity.

For this meditation,

Go ahead and find a nice comfortable position laying on your back.

And of course,

If that is not available to you,

No problem.

Go ahead and find a nice comfortable seated position.

As you lie here,

Closing the eyes,

Allowing the hands to rest gently at your sides or on the belly and feel your back,

The back of your legs,

Your low back,

Your upper back,

The back of your head as it connects to the ground.

As you breathe in,

Allowing the belly and ribs to fill up with air.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself sinking and connecting to the ground beneath you.

Allow every area of your body to relax your heels,

Backs of your calves,

The backs of the thighs,

Your pelvis area,

The hips,

Your low back,

Mid back,

Upper back,

Your shoulders,

The backs of the arms,

The back of your neck,

The back of your head,

All releasing,

Relaxing and connected to the earth beneath you.

Imagine lying on your back in a field.

Your eyes are closed and you can feel the rays and warmth of the sun as it shines down on you.

The brightness of the sun as it tries to peek in through your closed eyelids.

You can smell the freshness of the grass,

The light floral aroma of the flowers as it dances across your senses.

You can hear the rustle of the breeze as it passes over you,

Wafting the sense of nature past you.

You feel a sense of security,

Of safety as you open your eyes and stare up at the baby blue sky,

White fluffy clouds floating across.

You sit up,

Taking a moment to look around you before you stand up and gaze across the field.

Before you is a breath taking view.

Mountains strike the background looming tall and powerful.

You can see the snow peak tops as they jet up higher and higher,

Getting lost in the clouds.

In front of you is a vast field,

Grass billowing in the breeze and every shade of colour of flowers blooming all around you.

Each way you turn your head,

You see vibrant colours of red and orange,

Neon pops of pink and turquoise,

Soft shades of purples and yellows.

And as you gaze at all these colours mixing together,

Creating a kaleidoscope of beauty,

Of the soft,

Aromatic scents and sensually teasing your senses.

The light breeze as it caresses your skin and hear the batter of birds and butterflies in the distance,

A lightness comes across and into your body.

It's as though a lock has been turned and unleashed within you and creativity flows throughout your body,

Mind and heart.

As this feeling invades every part of your being,

You say to yourself,

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

Repeat this mantra one more time to yourself and feel it vibrate through your whole being.

I allow creativity to vibrantly flow through me.

And when it feels right to you,

Bringing awareness back into your body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Maybe gently nodding your head from side to side.

And then fluttering open the eyelashes and continuing on with your day.

Thank you so much for joining me today in your guided meditation to tap into your creativity.
