My name is Amber,
And welcome to this morning meditation for a productive day.
Let's get started with some mindful movement to wake us up.
Alright,
Sitting up straight with your arms straight down by your sides,
Rolling the shoulders back and down.
Inhale as you raise your arms up out to the sides and then up by your ears as far as they'll go.
And exhale,
Bringing them back down.
And again,
Inhaling your arms up.
Perhaps you might take a stretch here if it feels good.
And exhale,
Lowering the arms down.
Now,
Just take this at your own pace,
Going as slow or as fast as you like.
Just bringing some small simple movement into the body to get the blood moving and to get your day started.
Now,
Changing up the movement,
Place your right hand on your left knee and twist towards the left,
Giving your spine a gentle twist.
Keep breathing.
And switch to the other side,
Place your left hand on your right knee and turn towards the right,
Looking over your right shoulder.
Now,
Returning to the center with a greater awareness of the body,
Close your eyes if you haven't already.

I will do one thing at a time,
Deliberately and well.
