Hi, I'm Amber. I'm so glad that you're here meditating with me today. This is a five minute, short and simple semi-guided meditation with no music in the background. This meditation is great for anyone who is short on time and prefers minimal guidance during their practice.

Hi,

This is Amber and welcome to this 5 minute guided meditation.

So once you've found a comfortable seat,

Start by exhaling all the air in your lungs out.

And then inhale a big deep breath all the way in.

And exhale.

And just go at your own pace now.

You're doing great!

You're doing great!

Now,

If you notice that your mind has drifted off into some kind of a thinking,

As gently as you can bring your attention back to your breathing.

Now,

Start to feel your physical body and the space around you again.

Then,

Whenever you feel ready,

Open the eyes.

Excellent lightly guided meditation. The timer is not enough direction for me, but too much talking I find distracting . She strikes a perfect balance for a short meditation. Thank you!
