It's time for bed,

Time to rest.

Feel how good it feels in your bed.

You can move around a little until everything feels just right.

How do your toes feel?

How do your knees feel?

How about your elbows?

Your shoulders?

See if you can snuggle in even more.

Maybe you're starting to feel sleepy.

Maybe your eyes are starting to feel heavy.

You'll have a nice sleep and when you wake up in the morning you'll be all ready to go again.

You're safe in your bed so you can have a good rest.

You're safe and you're loved and you can have a make believe friend who reminds you about how safe you are and how loved you are and what a good night you're going to have.

Think about who your make believe sleep friend is.

Maybe it's somebody you know.

Maybe it's your pet or a special toy.

Maybe it's an angel.

You can have the perfect make believe friend for you.

So see what your friend looks like.

See how it feels to have your friend with you.

You can have your friend snuggle up with you or sit by your bed all night or whatever you'd like.

Maybe your friend will go to sleep too.

Your friend loves you just the way you are.

Bedtime is a special time,

A time to just rest.

You'll have a nice rest.

Everything in your body is going to sleep.

So you'll just lie here for a while and before you know it you'll be asleep.

Next thing you'll be waking up and it'll be morning.

Just feel how nice your bed feels.

Feel how your toes feel and your feet feel.

Let them be heavy on your bed.

Feel how your legs feel,

Your knees.

Let them just be heavy on the bed.

And feel how the middle of your body feels.

Starting to go to sleep.

Just let yourself be heavy on your bed,

Feeling your sheets,

Feeling how good it feels.

Feel your arms and hands.

Let them be heavy on the bed.

Everything is having a nice rest.

Your shoulders and your neck and your head all heavy on the bed having a nice rest.

Your mouth and your cheeks,

Your nose and your eyes.

Everything having a rest.

And if you're still awake that's okay.

You can listen to this music for a while.

Before you know it you'll be asleep.

I donโ€™t almost everyone I listen to this is one of the only one I pretty much l listen to except for dolphin dreams I listen to that too but everything else I donโ€™t really listen to so I am glad that I have found something that I almost donโ€™t need anything else for I wanna sleep in three seconds and I think you should try this more than anything in the world
