Welcome to this moment to consider how holding space for love in each moment can inspire greatness and bring peace into your life.

Find a comfortable position.

Relax.

Release any tightness in your body.

Notice your breathing.

Tuning into each breath as it happens.

Breathe deeply.

Allow your breath to cleanse and fill your body with calm.

By welcoming love into our hearts,

We create love for ourselves and others.

The pain and suffering from childhood experiences,

Past heartaches,

Or disappointments and failures can still live in your heart.

These past experiences influence your responses daily and from moment to moment.

Now is the time to enable yourself to cultivate the most loving version of yourself.

Pause.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Are you asking yourself how to respond to a situation?

What are you truly feeling about this?

Anxiety.

Grief.

Stress.

Anger.

Shame.

Abandonment or stuck.

How does your body express this feeling?

Relax and breathe.

Sink into your body.

Visualize a soft warm light surrounding you.

Feel the comforting embrace of unconditional love.

Now ask the question,

What would love do in this situation?

Breathing deeply,

Allow yourself to remain present with this question.

Stay in the moment and allow the power of love to shift your perspective.

Open your heart to compassion and forgiveness.

Allow yourself to release any resentments.

Shame,

Anger,

Shame,

Guilt,

Rejection,

Abuse or betrayal.

Love can heal your heart and guide you to the right answer.

Coming from this place of love,

What actions can you take that honor yourself and others?

Do these actions enable you to live your most authentic self?

Breathe.

Stay present with the answers given and take fiercely bold and loving action.

Trust yourself and your heart.

As you experience love,

Optimism and hope,

You are creating new possibilities that will shape your extraordinary life filled with love.
