Scientific evidence suggests the purr of a cat can be beneficial to healing humans. A cat’s purr frequency is exactly 26 Hertz and corresponds with the frequency that scientists use in vibrational therapies. The purr of a cat can lower stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Allow yourself to relax and release into the comforting sounds. Thanks to my cat Shelby for sharing her magical healing purr.
Thank you for reminding that O have to find a cat to live with me and help in my meditation practices ☺

Adored this offering & the blissfully comfortable healing state I embodied while becoming a purring feline. 😻 A couple of weeks ago, I was having a conversation with a friend about wanting to incorporate the frequency of "purring" into my practice , then an IT friend sent this to me ❣Thank you Chestnut & Katharine 🙌🏼🤍🐱🐈🐈⬛🦁🐯🐅🐆💞
