Let's take a moment to connect with our inner wisdom and acknowledge the insight that we hold within ourselves.

We all hold the power of loving transformation within us.

You may call that power a divinity,

Empowerment or a higher self.

We will take this time to trust ourselves and our experiences.

We will start by relaxing our bodies while we calm our logical and conscious mind.

This will allow us to feel deeply within and hear clearly the enlightened guidance of our inner voice.

Close your eyes.

Focus your attention on this moment.

Breathe deeply,

Allowing your breath to release any tension in your body.

Breathe in appreciation.

Breathe out doubt or anxiety.

As you sink into this meditation,

You may find that your mind wanders.

Gently acknowledge your mind wandering and gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Allow yourself to just be here in this moment.

There is nothing to judge,

Nothing to correct,

Nothing to do differently.

Allow your breath to deepen.

Using each breath as it occurs.

Follow your breath.

Be where it wants to go.

To your chest,

Your ribcage,

Your pelvis.

Now imagine a loving light above you.

As the light warms you,

Feel yourself relax further.

The energy of this loving light moves into your body,

Starting with your head.

As the energy flows down,

It brings a soothing,

Relaxing sensation.

The warmth comforts you and your muscles as it moves into your shoulders and arms,

Carrying any lingering stress or anxiety with it.

The energy flows out of your fingertips.

Your chest and back enjoy the pleasant warmth as you sink into the support beneath you.

You feel a calming love as the energy drifts lower,

Eliminating any discomfort in your lower torso.

Feel your legs release any remaining tightness.

As the energy moves completely through you,

Your breath deepens.

You are completely relaxed and tranquil.

Clear any thoughts that may be in your mind,

Letting your breath enhance your calm as you stay connected to this moment.

Take another deep breath.

Breathing in slowly for a count of 5,

3,

2,

1.

And hold your breath for 3,

2,

1.

Breathing your breath for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Now move your focus inward,

Connecting to your gentle inner being.

As you connect deeply,

Your body,

Your mind relaxes and allows itself to embrace your inner knowledge consciously.

Your mind remembers all your experiences,

Understanding how each has impacted you.

Your inner knowledge has the insight to recognize all your intentions of each of your actions.

Your strengths are known by your inner wisdom to support you on your journey.

Your overall wellness is always the foremost responsibility of your inner wisdom.

It knows what you need in each moment,

As well as knowing what you need to heal and thrive.

Your inner wisdom is also aware of what you are ready to accept in this moment.

It also knows what experience need time for you to accumulate further knowledge and acceptance before moving forward to greater happiness.

Your wisdom is always sending you messages and suggestions,

Guiding you to wellbeing.

This wisdom is allowing you to directly communicate,

Providing access to the rich knowledge within when we need support.

Open your heart.

Sincerely trust any guidance you become aware of.

You are calm,

Quiet,

Creating a space filled with alignment.

Allow your inner guidance to shine a light on your perfect path,

While answering the question,

Why am I here?

Do you need support with a decision,

A struggle,

A problem,

An experience?

Whatever support you need in this moment,

Allow yourself to accept guidance without projecting your logical thoughts and expectations.

Even if only for a moment,

You will know clarity and wisdom without judgment,

While all your doubts and fears are silent.

Recognize and trust your inner guide to direct your perfect path with clarity.

Be at peace with yourself and the life you are creating.

Take a deep breath.

Return to your body.

The awareness and connection of your inner wisdom remains to guide you.

Trust that your heart is open and you will have access to deeper knowing,

Which will continue to be present whenever you need it.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and return to the room around you.

Take another deep breath.

Release and enjoy this stronger connection to your inner wisdom.
