A sacred space where you can let go of fear and embrace the healing energy within you.
I have been with you.
I am with you.
I am grateful to still be here 11 years after being diagnosed.
As you settle into a comfortable position,
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your belly expand.
Hold that breath for just a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Letting go of any tensions or worries.
As we begin,
Let's set a powerful intention for this meditation time.
To release fear and invite healing into our lives.
Fear can often feel overwhelming,
But today,
Together,
We will learn to acknowledge it without letting it control us.
Instead,
We will be cultivating a sense of empowerment and hope that supports our healing journey.
Take another deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine into the earth.
Feel these roots anchoring you,
Providing stability and strength.
With each breath,
Visualize drawing up nourishing energy from the earth.
Let it fill your body with warmth and light.
This energy is your connection to the universe,
Reminding you that you are not alone on this journey.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
Imagine a soft golden light radiating from your heart.
With each inhale,
This light expands,
Filling your chest with warmth and compassion.
With each exhale,
Visualize any fears or negative thoughts dissipating into the air,
Leaving space for healing and positivity.
Now,
Envision this golden light traveling throughout your body,
Reaching every cell,
Every organ,
And every tissue.
As it moves,
It brings healing energy,
Washing away any remnants of fear or pain.
Picture your immune system,
Powerful,
Vibrant,
Working harmoniously to support you and your health.
Imagine it as a team of warriors,
Strong and determined,
Fighting for your well-being.
Let's embrace some affirmations to reinforce our intention.
Silently or loud,
Repeat the following.
I am receptive to releasing fear.
I am receptive to embracing love.
I am receptive to my body healing.
I am receptive to being strong.
I am receptive to surrounding myself by support and light.
I am receptive to growing more resilient and more hopeful each day.
Feel the power of these affirmations resonating within you,
Reinforcing your commitment to healing and growth.
