Have you ever tried writing with your non-dominant hand? It can be frustrating and awkward, but I encourage you to make it a regular practice. For me, writing this way has been crucial for personal growth and mental health, strengthening me in ways I can't fully describe. This powerful practice demands your focus, allowing you to bypass your ego and connect with inspiration. It fosters mindfulness, helping you shift from your head to your heart.

Have you ever tried to write with your non-dominant hand?

Perhaps you tested this out as a child,

Wondering what it might feel like to write with your other hand.

You probably remember how it felt too.

Frustrating and humbling at the same time because you weren't able to form the letters easily or quickly.

It probably felt awkward and wrong.

That is exactly what I'm saying to do here.

And I hope you'll make a regular practice out of it because of how much value this kind of writing will bring into your life.

Non-dominant handwriting has been such a huge part of my own self-growth and a support for my mental health.

This practice of writing has strengthened me in many ways I can't even articulate.

It's that powerful.

When you write with your non-dominant hand,

You're so focused on forming the letters that the act becomes highly intentional.

And that intentionality means your ego can't interfere with the inspiration that is coming in.

That intentionality moves you toward a place of mindfulness.

A place that allows you to get out of your head and into your heart.
