Hello everyone and welcome to the Meditation Channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and go within.

Time.

Time is precious.

Valuable.

Time is abundance.

Time is all we have.

And we often take it for granted.

We forget how precious every moment is.

Even the ones that aren't so joyous.

And so today we are going to reflect upon it.

Upon time and how we can use our time to really create true joy,

Presence,

Mindfulness,

True wealth.

And so we invite your higher self,

Your guides and your spiritual team to assist us today in this meditation.

To assist you in deepening your understanding.

Connecting deeper to who you really are.

To your desires.

To your truth.

To your path.

And I want you to visualize a beautiful emerald green light shine above you,

Swirling down.

Surrounding the top of your head and moving down your shoulders.

Gently.

Slowly.

Lovingly.

Surrounding you.

This energy is inviting in a sense of calmness,

Peace,

Support and guidance.

Allowing you to connect to your spiritual team so that you may receive the information.

So that you may receive the healing and the support that you need at this time.

When you think about your life and knowing that time is only temporary in this reality.

In what ways do you feel that you are not valuing your time?

In what ways do you feel that you are not using your time with respect?

Seeing it for what it really is,

A gift.

So take a moment to reflect upon this.

And just notice if there is any guilt or any shame that arises.

Any negative feelings surrounding the way that you use your time.

And now that you are aware of this,

In what ways can you begin to prioritize your time?

In what ways can you shift your priorities so that you can use your time the best way possible without putting too much pressure on yourself?

So asking yourself,

What is it that I feel that I'm giving away?

What is it that I feel that I am not valuing?

That I care about?

And that I'm not putting my energy into?

What do I need to change in order to shift my priorities?

In order to begin to place my energy and my focus into what I value.

Into who I really am.

And now I want you to think about when you do use time wisely.

Where in your life are you most efficient?

When you actually value the moment.

And reflecting upon this,

How does it make you feel?

And just allowing this feeling to expand.

Allowing this pride,

This power that lives within you to expand.

Expand in your heart.

Like an energy ball just getting bigger and bigger.

And if you could place this feeling,

This energy towards that part of you that does not know how to value time.

So that that part of you experiences this feeling.

And desires it.

And motivates it.

Begin to merge the two together.

And now declaring to yourself.

I invite all aspects of me to align.

To align into a frequency that allows me to value my life.

My energy.

My focus.

And my time.

This is my time.

This is my opportunity.

And each and every day I will learn to see it.

To value it.

And to use it.

So that I may create the life of my dreams.

I am worthy.

I am capable.

And I declare it.

And so it is.

And taking a moment now to reflect on the changes that you may need to implement.

Where do you need to shift your focus?

And where do you need to begin to be more grateful?

Thanking your team,

Your guides,

Your higher self for their assistance today.

And thanking yourself for taking the time to reflect and to build self-awareness.

It's time to come back now.

So begin to slowly expand your awareness back into your body,

Back into the space.

And when it feels right,

You can return and open your eyes.
