Hello everybody and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and just breathe and relax.
Do your best to be centered,
Focused and present.
And just taking a moment right now to feel your body,
To be present with your body and just noticing how your body feels today.
Has there any discomfort,
Any injuries,
Anything at all that can cause your mind to suffer?
And just being aware and just noticing.
And can you take a moment right now to send love to that part of your body?
If you like,
You can place your hand above that part of your body and just visualize a beautiful white light emanating from the palm of your hand,
Merging into that part of your body,
Soothing,
Uplifting and healing yourself.
And as you do this,
Focus on your breath now and as you breathe in,
Bringing in that clarity and that power and on the exhale,
Channeling that healing energy,
That loving energy into your body.
And trusting that your mind is that powerful,
Your mind is capable of telling your body that this energy is healing,
It's loving,
It's nurturing and that it is inviting your body to repair itself,
Instructing your body to repair itself.
And inviting now a higher power.
If you like,
You can invite forward an angel or your higher self or anything that you connect to spiritually.
And inviting this higher power now to assist you in this healing process.
And as you do this,
Visualize a beautiful emerald green light shine above you.
And this light is their energy channeling to you and through you the healing vibrations,
Amplifying the healing process right now,
Amplifying your ability to heal your body.
And as this process takes place,
Let's invite this higher power to not only heal us but also send us information and wisdom.
Allowing them to guide us through this healing process,
To inform us as to what we can do to continue the healing process.
Trusting what you feel,
Trusting what you see and following their guidance.
Maybe they're guiding you to move your hand to another part of your body.
Or maybe they're instructing you on some shifts and changes that you need to make in your daily routine.
Maybe you need to change your diet or add something to your diet.
Whatever it may be,
Now is the time.
All you have to do is listen.
Giving yourself full permission right now to be present,
To be open,
To be receptive.
And now I invite you to move your hands around your body,
Caressing your skin gently.
Move every inch of you,
Continuing the healing,
The soothing and loving gestures that your body needs right now to thrive.
I am powerful.
I am connected.
I am powerful.
And I can heal.
I am healing my body.
I am restoring the energy in every cell.
I am allowing my body to be powerful,
Strong.
My body can thrive.
And through the guidance of this higher power,
I now heal and restore my body to its natural,
Place.
And now rest your hands by your side and we are going to do some breathing exercises.
So when you're ready,
We're going to breathe in for the count of four and breathe out for the count of five.

And let it go.
Returning your breath to its natural rhythm.
And bringing your focus back now,
Centering once again.
Just being present and still and enjoying this moment of freedom.
Gently now shifting your focus to your mind and going into your mind and just finding the parts of your mind that are negative,
Pessimistic and that are connected to that part of your body that needs healing.
You don't need to know how,
Just instruct your mind.
And just discovering if there are any specific thoughts,
Beliefs,
Mental patterns that are increasing the negativity in your body,
The injury,
The illness,
Whatever it may be that you need to heal.
And so trusting yourself,
Trusting what you feel,
Trusting what you see,
Trusting that higher power guidance and just being with your mind for the time being and listening and receiving information.
What thoughts do you need to let go of to restore your body?
What thoughts can you shift to heal,
Love and support yourself and your body?
What internal changes must be taken to continue the healing?
What is it that you need to do now?
And now inviting that beautiful green light into your mind,
Activating your mind to restore itself,
To heal itself,
To empower itself.
Shifting your mindset from lack to abundance and knowing exactly what to do moving forward.
And now inviting that beautiful green light to cleanse your mind,
Repairing your mind,
Restoring your mind,
Allowing clarity and allowing you to be tuned into your higher power so that you may continue receiving guidance.
We are now ready to return.
Thanking that higher power for its guidance,
For its healing and for its assistance,
That beautiful green light begins to dim down now.
And bringing your focus back to your entire body,
Back to your breath,
Gently and slowly returning.
Slowly,
Slowly bringing yourself back into the space,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Take your time.
When you are ready,
Slowly come back and open your eyes.
