Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you uplift your frequency so that you may become a magnet for blessings,
For joy,
For love,
For anything and everything that you desire at this time in your life.
And so let's begin by setting that intention,
Telling yourself what it is that you truly wish for and yet being completely open to the universe surprising you.
We oftentimes get fixated on something that we want without realizing that there's a million other things that we need.
And the universe knows exactly,
Exactly what that is.
So following your breath in and out,
In and out,
Just letting go.
Giving yourself permission to center,
To relax as much as you can.
I want you right now just to let go of any judgment,
To let go of any feelings of unworthiness,
To completely let go of any type of limitation as best as you can.
And I want you to take a minute with me to repeat these affirmations,
To open up your energies and bring yourself back to your worthiness,
To your abundance.
Today I give myself permission to surrender completely to the love and blessings of the universe.
Today I give myself permission to be open and receptive to the gifts,
To the abundance,
To the love,
To the joy that the universe knows that I am worthy of and that I wish to be in alignment to.
Above everything else I give myself permission to surrender my ego,
My fears,
My doubts and my insecurities.
I choose for this moment to see myself as worthy,
To stop putting myself down,
Limiting myself and telling myself that I am not good enough or worthy.
No matter what happens on this planet I am a spiritual being having a human experience.
I am not perfect but to my true essence I am worthy.
Choosing to be human and to live a human life means I have taken on a journey,
A mission and a big challenge.
Today I give myself credit.
Today I will be kinder to myself.
Today I will learn to love myself just a little more,
To give myself grace and kindness because no matter what I am worthy.
And now visualizing a beautiful golden light shine above you surrounding your body,
Surrounding your energy and the space that you're in.
This frequency is extremely powerful,
Extremely healing and uplifting.
You feel lighter,
More open and all of those fears and insecurities are gently washed away.
Allowing you to return to a state of peace,
Purity and energy.
And inviting this frequency into your mind,
Into your heart,
Into your aura.
Inviting this frequency to become a part of you.
Giving this frequency full permission to align,
To heal and to help you receive the guidance,
The blessings and the information that you need at this time.
And filling your heart with unconditional love with the frequency of the universe.
And now say yes,
Say yes to these gifts,
Say yes to the blessings and the abundance and say yes to the universe helping you and assisting you in achieving all of this.
Embody your true essence,
Embody your true spirit wholeheartedly,
Wholeheartedly.
And now feeling your entire being pulsating and vibrating at this high frequency,
Becoming one with this energy.
