Hello everyone.

Welcome.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes get yourself in a comfortable position and follow your breath in and out.

Surrendering to the moment.

Surrendering.

Allowing.

Letting go.

Life can be very chaotic at times.

So much to do.

So much information.

Sometimes it's important to be able to find clarity,

Direction,

Inner vision and peace.

Just to get through one day.

And so today's meditation is designed to help you find that clarity.

That direction.

Remove all the chaos.

The fog.

And help you take the next step and the next with ease and comfort.

And so think about the things that stress you out.

Think about the things that create chaos in your mind.

In your life.

Pay attention to your thoughts.

What do you say to yourself?

It's too much.

I'm overwhelmed.

I'm never gonna get through it.

I don't have enough time.

Just notice your thoughts right now.

Be aware.

And as you scan through these thoughts notice how your body reacts.

Notice the anxiety,

The tension,

The stress that creates in your body.

And try to be aware of the subtle feelings in your body.

Where you hold the tension.

Where the energy block is.

Where the stress resides in your body.

Okay now we're gonna take three deep breaths just to release that tension.

Breathe in.

Hold.

And let go of that tension.

Again.

Breathe in.

Hold.

And let it go.

And last one.

Breathe in.

Hold.

And let it go.

And just returning your breath to its natural rhythm.

It's important to be aware of the thoughts and the feelings and the sensations in your body.

So that when you're running throughout your day or something happens you become familiar to these sensations and thoughts.

So that you can catch yourself in the moment when you are stressed and shift that state by taking a few breaths or by just shifting your thoughts.

All right now we are gonna visualize a white clear light shine above your head piercing through the top of your head.

And like the roots of a tree this white light spreads surrounding your head,

Your mind,

Connecting to your brain.

Immediately you feel a sense of calm,

Ease.

It allows you to relax just a little more.

And if you notice any tension in your body just let go of that tension.

Melt away that stress.

You are safe.

We are now going to remove those negative thoughts,

Those negative patterns,

Negative beliefs,

Negative programming that increases the stress in your mind and therefore in your body.

And we're going to replace those negative thoughts with positive self-empowering thoughts.

So I want you to visualize an exchange of energy.

White energy enters your mind and black energy gets released.

Do this for a moment.

And more and more clarity,

Peace is invited into your mind,

Into your subconscious programming.

More and more relaxation and self-empowerment.

The fact that you can,

You will.

And that you have before.

And that now you choose to get through your day with ease and calmness.

Letting go of expectations.

Letting go and just trusting yourself to do the best that you can.

And that that is more than enough.

And inviting this frequency now to allow clarity in your mind.

So soothing the nervous system.

Allowing you to tap into your creativity,

Into the field of possibilities.

Releasing expectations,

Stress,

Mental fogginess.

Parting away those clouds.

And just allowing the purity of this light to be there.

Each and every day I choose to be calm and clear.

Each and every day I overcome my fears.

Each and every day I choose to believe in myself.

I choose to believe in my abilities.

I am capable.

I am worthy.

And I am enough.

Each and every day I choose to organize myself and change my old habits into self-empowering,

Self-loving and self-soothing habits.

I am willing to learn.

I am willing to change.

And I am willing to grow.

I am worthy.

I am capable.

I am enough.

And now if there's anything that you need to organize in your mind right now for your day,

Do so.

And do it calmly by reaffirming that you can,

You will and that you are enough.

And now that beautiful white beam of light gently begins to retract and return wherever it came from.

Leaving your mind open,

Clear and recharged with a new perspective.

And it's time now to come back.

So bring your focus to your breath.

Slowly expanding your awareness back into the space.

Take your time.

And when it feels right,

You can open your eyes.
