Hello everyone and welcome.
Whenever you're ready close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Just taking this moment to breathe in and breathe out,
Centering yourself and above all setting your intention.
Calling in a new energy,
A powerful frequency that can elevate you your life,
Your experiences in this world.
Learning how to be the light in the dark.
No matter what is going on on the outside to find the power within to rise,
To shine.
There is so much that we cannot control.
There is so much in this world that is happening out of our control.
It can make you feel powerless,
Scared.
I know.
But today we reclaim our power.
Today we will find our strength and realize that our healing,
Our centeredness is the most powerful energy in the universe.
And so just continue to breathe as you dive deep within yourself,
Connecting to your energy.
No matter how you feel today,
Just connect.
Release expectations and just be present.
There is a light within you that is infinite,
That sparks,
So bright and is connected to something much greater than you,
Than I.
I know you have felt this light before.
I know you have seen it within yourself activate.
Often times we dim it down out of fear.
But today I invite you to be strong,
Brave and bright.
And so connecting to it,
Breathing into it and feeling it.
And understanding that this spark is connected to everything and all beyond,
Beyond the veil,
The universe.
It is the spark of the creator that is within you,
The light of the infinite universe reflected within you.
And so bringing your focus and attention to your solar plexus,
Feeling that energy activate and seeing that light in you.
And as you breathe in,
It becomes clearer and clearer,
Brighter and brighter.
Feeling the whole world and universe within you.
And so today we call forth the creator,
The energies of the universe to awaken within us,
To remind us of who we are,
Where we came from,
To bring us back home before this existence and to activate the field of infinite potential within us.
Allowing us to receive,
To guide,
Allowing us to be in the light.
And in you begin to see that,
Feel that,
Waves of frequencies moving in and out of you,
Diving deep into other realms,
Allowing your imagination to go on a journey.
You are limitless,
Take away all logic,
Just feel.
This energy allows you to tune into something powerful,
Magical,
A miracle if you like.
And as you activate this within you,
You activate this outside of you,
Allowing you to become a magnet for something beautiful,
Something exciting to manifest and form in your reality.
And so sitting in this peacefully,
Quietly,
Relaxed,
Trusting yourself,
Trusting the moment,
Just being present with the frequency and nothing else,
No expectations,
Just listening.
And allowing the light within you to expand beyond,
To reach other realms and other realities outside,
Connecting to this world,
To your world,
To what you see and what you specifically experience.
And I want you to feel this energy,
This light that is you to impact and shift the world around you.
Clearing out that heaviness,
That darkness,
Alchemizing it into gold,
Feeling the blessings,
The flow,
Trusting your energy.
And I want you to visualize this fully,
Seeing those dark moments in time outside of existence,
Being affected by your light,
Because the same way that they influence you,
You influence them.
Be intentional,
Be specific,
If there is anything specific that is weighing you down,
You now lift it up.
I hold my power in my light,
I reclaim my essence and I reconnect the divine within me.
I am the captain of my ship,
I choose to rise,
I choose to shine and I choose to win.
I reclaim myself,
I reclaim my essence and I declare that all the shadows and darkness have no power over me.
And continue to stay in this intention,
Feeling that power and that light.
Trusting that your frequency now is transforming and allowing new energies and new potentials to enter your frequency.
These are frequencies and potentials that are in alignment with your light,
That help you rise even more and connect even deeper.
There is no limit to who you are and what you can do,
There is no limit to who you are and what you can do,
There is no limit to who you are and what you can do.
And now just letting your light go,
Setting it free,
Trusting it knows exactly what to do.
As you now begin to bring yourself back to your body,
Back to the present moment,
Just becoming aware of your whole body and taking a quick scan from head to toe.
Checking in.
Notice any shifts,
Notice if you feel any better or lighter and just taking a moment of gratitude for this activation today.
And with that,
Sealing in this new self,
This new identity.
And so beginning to slow down the breath now,
Calling in intentional breathing.
As you breathe in,
Just say a word,
A positive word,
An intention.
And breathe out.
And beginning now to maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers.
If it feels good,
Maybe give yourself a little stretch.
Take your time to come back,
But when it feels right,
Open your eyes.
