In this course, we delve into the habit of abandoning our inner selves and seeking validation and fulfillment from external sources. We will explore the consequences of tuning our inner compass to external influences and discuss gentle pointers to recalibrate it inwardly. Through guided reflections and meditations, you will learn how to look within, finding the love, compassion, and care you’ve been seeking externally. This process will help you become resourced, grounded, held, and supported by your own being and the spark of the divine within. From an early age, we learn to tune our behavior to the expectations of others, often losing touch with our own needs, desires, and intuition. This course emphasizes the importance of redirecting attention from external distractions to our inner world. By doing so, we develop the capacity to listen to our own inner voice—the voice of the heart, soul, and essence. This journey back to our true selves may feel unfamiliar and even challenging, but it is essential for sustainable inner peace and authentic connection with others. Throughout the course, you will explore different ways of nurturing your inner world, akin to tending a beautiful garden. By giving yourself presence and gentle attention, you transform your inner landscape into a vibrant, luminous space. This shift allows you to experience a deep sense of inner companionship and joy, fostering self-trust and resilience.. You will learn to meet uncomfortable emotions with love and presence, discovering that everything you seek externally is already within you. As you expand your capacity to be with uncomfortable feelings, your ability to experience joy, peace, bliss, love, and aliveness also grows.
