Hello,
I am Karolina Gladych.
I am a psychologist and I work with people to help them access deeper levels of well-being and find clarity in their lives.
Today I want to guide you through a short reflection on how we can act from fullness rather than from fear,
How pausing,
Noticing what is already here and tuning into the abundance around us can change the way we think,
Decide and act.
Sometimes life pushes us to act fast.
Frustration,
Dissatisfaction or a sense that something isn't right can create a rush inside of us,
A nudge to do something quickly,
To fix,
To change.
Rushing often feels necessary but clarity rarely comes in a hurry.
Let's take a moment to shift from impulse to awareness.
Take a slow breath if it feels right.
Open your chest slightly.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Instead of focusing on what feels wrong,
Bring your attention to what is good,
To what is already here,
To the rich abundance of this moment.
Notice the warmth of your dog's body,
The invigorating first sip of morning coffee,
The sunlight,
The soothing taste of your tea,
The comfort of your chair,
The fact that your loved one is healthy,
The book waiting for you to read,
The fact that you have a friend you can call.
Take a moment to feel your body,
Your senses,
Your heart.
Let your mind come a little closer to your body.
Let it settle out of survival mode and into the comfort,
Abundance and richness of this moment.
From this place,
Your thinking changes,
New ideas arise,
Questions appear that guide you to see what was hidden before.
Your next actions are no longer driven by panic or scarcity.
They are wiser,
More creative,
And more effective.
Remember,
Act from fullness,
Not from fear.
Notice the abundance that's here and now.
Let presence guide your mind.
Let your mind flow with curiosity,
Insight,
And clarity.
So,
Take one more slow breath,
Feeling grounded,
Aware,
And open.
Notice the goodness that is here.
And carry this sense of fullness with you as you move into the rest of your day.
It was a pleasure connecting with you.
Blessings.
