This Miracle Breath Meditation is designed to bring a sense of renewal,

Clarity,

And deep inner peace.

Your breath is a powerful tool,

One that connects your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

With each inhale,

You will invite fresh energy and possibility,

And with each exhale,

You release stress,

Tension,

And anything else that no longer serves you.

So to start,

Sit comfortably,

Either on a chair with your feet planted on the ground,

Or if you prefer,

Cross-legged on the floor or on a cushion.

Keep your spine tall but relaxed.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Then exhale softly through your mouth.

And again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale slowly and completely.

For a moment,

Just let your breath settle into its natural rhythm,

Flowing effortlessly in and out.

Now we'll begin a breath pattern,

Which is designed to awaken clarity,

Revenue,

And renewal.

What we're going to be doing is inhale deeply for a count of six with our mouth,

As if we are drinking through a straw.

So imagine in,

Pursing your lips as if you were drinking through a straw,

And you drink in pure,

Revitalized energy.

Then we hold our breath for four counts.

This allows fresh energy to settle within you,

Filling every cell with possibility.

Then we're going to exhale slowly through your nose to a count of six.

Or you can let go of tension and doubt,

Or anything weighing you down.

Let's do this a few more times.

So inhale through a straw.

And hold.

And exhale.

Again,

Inhale through a straw.

And hold.

And exhale.

And one more time,

Inhale through the straw.

And hold.

And exhale.

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Let that go now,

And just breathe in naturally.

And exhale fully.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and bring some awareness back to your body.

Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.

Carry this feeling with you throughout your day,

Knowing that at any moment you can return to your breath and invite a miracle.
