So, first and foremost, this class was a journey that was needed for a long time in my life. In the beginning, I learn how much is a touches me in more ways than I realize. Music can be used in more ways to encompass all aspects of my inner big. I was challenged throughout it because he’s a Three has always been so super important, but mostly for its storytelling. I often listen to songs or playlists that speak to what’s going on in my life and not allowing my life to engage in music that could lift and delight be. This course gave me that. And lastly, this course led me to realize what kinds of music’s really would benefit my sleep. Making a sleep list or a sleep tracker I guess of things they might not have put on a sleep track for me until this course but I feel such a credible connection to the music event that shared and played for us that hired for an invite now. Through this class I have had 10 days of fall asleep within the last four minutes of this course. A task which is not easily. It’s only a dynamic I have been unfamiliar with. And lastly, the songs that you’ve played, and the beautiful music that you shared in the sessions, create such a cup for days, a bowl of peace, love and depths. There’s nothing that could be anything less than playlists, all have words and stories, or so following the parody of like. Now through this course my life is exploring had one drink into the afternoon and previa to great peace of sleep and gratitude. Love us today 🙏 and I thank you for this beautiful introduction to another world of music. Namaste 🙏

This course was a nice way to remind myself how sleep is so important. It’s a bit harder to achieve a good sleep routine when my child, who is very young, still disrupts my rest:) The course gave me a bigger push to prioritise sleep and stop stressing by incorporating music into my routine.

Joseph delivers short and easy reminders to help us sleep. Music is a useful tool to create a sleep focused routine. Great for everyone, not just those with difficulty going to sleep. It’s easy to understand and his manner is calming. Joseph follows up with his music which is wonderful. At the end, Joseph lets us know what’s coming up next. Friends from the Wong Janice circle put me onto you. I’m so glad. I skipped some poll replies as my answer wasn’t an option. One suggestion, between end of music and Joseph speaking have an alert (chime/ note played). This will help move from complete relaxation state to listening to Joseph. However, i did fall asleep a number of times. I relistened to the lesson when awake but wanting calm.

Great class and informative. The only thing I found was that I didn’t listen before going to sleep because I needed to hear the content. A separate sleep course with just music would be great. The music was beautiful.
