By focusing on stress and burnout, I help individuals to reclaim their energy, passion, and joy. Charlotte graduated with a Master's in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2013 and with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2011. She has had over 10 years of clinical practice as a physiotherapist across practice areas including orthopedics, women’s health, and neurology. With a special interest in nervous system regulation, she provides powerful drills and techniques to address stress responses and enhance overall well-being. Her methods are rooted in neuroscience, ensuring effective and lasting results.
