Each day begins with a short reflection to introduce the practice, followed by a guided meditation to help you experience it directly. Over the course of five days you will learn how to arrive in the body and feel grounded, use the breath to soften and release tension, open the heart to steadiness and compassion, explore gentle flow and movement for ease and vitality, and integrate your practice with deep rest and renewal. The lessons are simple, accessible, and designed for anyone seeking more presence, softness, and balance. By the end of the course you will have practical tools to support your nervous system, settle your mind, and return to calm whenever you need it.


Meet your Teacher

Niamh is a coach and practitioner whose work brings together somatic healing, psychology, and creative guidance. She holds certifications across life coaching, cognitive behavioural approaches, and transformational methods, alongside advanced training in somatic meditation, mind-body healing, and trauma-informed care. Her background also includes holistic practices such as Reiki, mindfulness, and therapeutic bodywork. Her courses are rooted in compassion and understanding, designed to help people find safety, presence, and renewal in their daily lives.
