
Day 1: Coming Back Home To Stillness

This is day 1 of 21 guided meditations that I have recorded on meditatebytia. I wanted to share day 1 as an introduction into the 21 day guided meditation journey - which is all about coming back home to stillness and creating a consistent meditation ritual to feel more peace, calm, safe and loving within oneself. I used to struggle with emotional and mental imbalances (anxiety, bi-polar, depression) and meditation helped me come back home to myself. This 21 day meditation journey has the guided wordings, breath work, and frequency music that I would've wanted at the beginning of my journey. Meditation is truly so healing and has changed my entire life, as your outer world will always mirror back to you your inner world. It feels like magic when you finally come back home to yourself and create awareness around all that is living within because everything outside of you will shift as well.
