She was ordained in 1989 in Thailand, and studied with Masters in Thailand and Bhutan, Vipassana, Samatha, and Vajrayana Practices, and spent years in retreat. 2009 she was honored “Outstanding woman in Buddhism” and Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn awarded her for "Peace-building and Meritorious Deeds Performed unto Humanity“.
