Surrender into stillness and close your eyes.

Take a long slow breath in and out.

Allow the rhythm of your breath to be like a soothing wave washing over you with a gentle caress.

Feel safe,

Warm,

And comfortable.

You are here and you are loved.

This is your time to care for yourself,

To simply be.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The quiet way it holds and supports you.

Let the weight of your body be a reminder.

You are grounded,

You are safe,

And you are held.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth or nose.

Let each exhale be a soft surrender.

Let go of the need to figure anything out.

May the next few minutes be a gift to yourself.

If your heart feels tender,

Know this.

You are not alone.

You are wrapped in love,

The kind of love that doesn't demand or rush,

The kind of love that waits patiently,

Holding space for you to return to self.

Imagine now a warm golden light emanating from your heart.

It glows with a gentle pulse in rhythm with your breath.

This is the light within you,

This place where peace begins,

Where love lives.

With every inhale,

Feel that golden light expand.

With every exhale,

Let it melt away fear,

Tension,

And self-doubt.

Soften your shoulders,

Release any tension in your body.

With the first round of breath work,

Awaken and embrace your life force energy.

Getting ready to inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You are your own sanctuary.

You are safe in your own presence,

And you are love.

Feel the connection with your breath.

This is your mind,

Body,

Power.

Let your breath be smooth,

Rhythmical,

And connected.

Feel the warm hum of life force energy rising within you.

This is your aliveness.

Your personal joy,

Loud or forced but real,

Steady,

And glowing.

This is your power awakening within.

Let it fortify and strengthen you.

Delight lives in you.

Vitality lives in you.

Let yourself feel it now,

Like laughter behind your ribs.

Like wind lifting your spirit.

Like music playing quietly inside your chest.

Notice the light that hums throughout,

The wholeness of who you are.

This light is strength.

This light is resilience.

This light is you.

Stay connected to your breath.

You have weathered storms.

You have stood in darkness,

And still,

Rooted,

Radiant,

Rising.

There is a power in you that does not need permission.

There is a joy in you that does not require proof.

Say to yourself with inner knowing,

I am resilient.

I am powerful.

I am all that I need.

Let that truth fill your chest with warmth.

Let it spread through your spine,

Strong like a mountain,

Pouring into your arms and legs,

Capable,

Steady,

Resilient.

Let confidence rise in you now,

Not as pressure,

But as knowing,

A quiet voice that whispers,

You are more than you realize.

Last few breaths.

And on my count,

We will inhale together in 3,

Inhale fully,

Inhale and hold your breath for just a moment.

And now exhale slowly,

All the air out of your lungs and hold.

Relax.

Be strong.

Allow the oxygen to drop just a bit.

This is the power of Soma breath.

Take in a little sip of air and fully exhale again,

If needed,

And continue to hold.

Getting ready to inhale in 3,

2,

1.

Inhale and visualize healing light energy traveling up your body and illuminating your bind.

Hold this life force energy,

Squeezing all your muscles and contracting.

And then fully exhaling,

Releasing the tension in your body and resume normal breathing.

In this last round of breath work,

Ignite the fires of your love,

Your desire,

Your knowings to bring you warmth,

Passion and greater acceptance of your gifts and strengths.

What qualities would you like to cultivate today?

Strength,

Confidence,

Acceptance and love?

Breathe it in.

Getting ready to breathe.

Exhale.

Feel in every tissue and fiber of your being.

Breathe in the qualities that you are worthy and deserving of.

Strength,

Understanding,

Forgiveness,

Peace.

Embody the quality that you desire.

It is yours.

Notice your life force energy building,

Its steadfast presence.

It is always with you.

Delight in this life.

Feel pleasure.

Be surprised by beauty and guided by wonder.

You are worthy.

You are radiance and light.

And you are exactly who you need to be.

Extend yourself grace.

Believe in your possibilities.

Shower yourself with positive emotion.

Feel the tingles of your desires.

And step into the magnificence that you are.

Just as you are.

Contract and hold.

Resuming normal breathing.

Embrace the qualities that you desire in your heart.

You are light and radiance.

Your toes.

A gentle smile to your face.
