This meditation was created to work in conjunction with my exercise breakthrough five-day course that guides you on a personalized path of finding just the right way to exercise for you.

Your body is rejoicing in the efforts you are making.
Let's meditate.
Find a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close.
Take in a deep breath and let it out slowly at your own pace.
Let's do that a few more times.
Deep breath in and slowly exhale.
When you exhale,
Release the tension in your neck and shoulders.
Allow your belly to soften and let a deep sense of relaxation wash over your entire body.
Scan your body head to toe and bring your awareness to the areas that are calling for attention.
Perhaps you feel tightness,
Soreness,
Or discomfort.
Your body is talking to you and sharing with you what needs to feel better.
Without judgment,
Just pay attention to the signals your body is sending you.
Would gentle movement,
Stretching,
And strengthening help to ease these areas of your body?
If so,
Then this exercise breakthrough that you have created for yourself will put you on the path to feeling better in your body and mind.
You have a desire to create a regular habit of movement and activity.
Let it sink in as a deep intention and promise you are making for yourself.
You have a plan.
Feel confident that the plan you have created is realistic and attainable.
Solidify your commitment to your plan.
Visualize yourself following through each day with the plan and it feeling good to your body and your body is responding by getting stronger and having more endurance.
Believe in yourself that you can make this happen,
That you are worth the effort and that you will achieve your goal.
It will take work and dedication.
It will take making it a priority in your life and putting it before other things that may have a strong habit or pull.
Know you can break the habit and create this new routine for yourself.
This new routine will be life-giving.
It will set you on the path of better health.
Once you achieve this goal,
That will be only the beginning of what is possible for you and your body.
Let's get reignited to work towards your goal and be inspired that you are worth the effort and you can make it happen for yourself.
I will remind you now that the key to success is having a smart goal,
A clearly documented plan for each day of your timeline located in a place you will see it daily.
Then,
Each time you complete your activity,
Write it down what you accomplished.
Mentally reinforce that behavior by patting yourself on the back and telling yourself,
Good job.
It is wonderful that you are on this wellness journey.
Movement brings vital oxygen and nutrients to your cells and removes harmful toxins.
It allows cells to become healthier no matter what age you are.
Visualize now doing your movement activity.
Imagine it feeling good to your body and you are smiling.
You are proud that you are working toward your goal and you are seeing results and feeling better and better each day.
You notice things like feeling more optimistic and hopeful,
Feeling a sense of groundedness and calm,
Noticing less discomfort and soreness,
Enjoying the fact that you have more energy and are able to do more with your day,
But most importantly,
You feel taken care of by yourself.
Your body has been craving this loving attention and now you are taking steps towards being more loving,
Taking care of and showing your body through action just how important it is to you and that you want your body to feel good so you can enjoy life on your terms.
Participating in the activities of life that bring you joy.
What are you going to do with this healthier body?
Visualize yourself feeling strong,
Capable and proud of your efforts.
You have what it takes to make this a vital lifestyle habit and one that you look forward to because of how it makes you feel,
Amazing.
Keep showing up for yourself,
Making yourself the priority and knowing that it is all adding up to a body that is getting healthier,
Stronger,
More vital and more energized.
Your mind is benefiting from your efforts.
You are more focused,
Calm and finding greater peace and contentment.
Your commitment to exercise allows you to have an inner knowing that you are a priority.
You have value and you are worth the effort.
This is your body.
This is your desire and you have everything it takes to make the first move and be on this path of better health and wellness.
I believe in you and I know you can do this.
