Welcome.
I'm Michelle Bradley,
Certified exercise physiologist and health coach.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation.
If you're not comfortable,
Allow your eyes to soften or close.
Place your attention on your breath.
Feel how it enters your body.
Follow it in and out.
No need to change it.
Be curious about how the air coming in feels.
Feel your chest expand.
Sense the air going past your nostrils or lips.
Notice the exhale.
Shoulders soften.
On your next few breaths,
Slow down your exhale.
Feel the tension leave your face,
Soothing the area between your eyes and around your mouth.
Exhale and relax your head and neck.
Feel a sense of ease and warmth smoothing down your shoulders,
Your back,
Your arms right through your fingers.
Your body is relaxed,
Comfortable and at ease.
Exhale.
Release any tension in your low back.
Soften your hips.
Your warmth and ease seep into your legs.
Smooth out any tension in your thighs.
Soften your knees,
Lower legs.
A deep relaxation in your feet and toes.
Breathe in three deep breaths.
You are completely relaxed,
Warm and open to goodness,
Kindness and compassion.
Breathe in and imagine you are filling your body with strength.
Smile as you recognize how good it feels to be strong and capable.
Breathe in.
Fill yourself with contentment and peace.
Breathe in and know your inner beauty shines bright.
Breathe in and sense your connection to love and joy.
Breathe in and know you are magnificent just the way you are.
The very best in you rises up.
Nurture this part of you.
Let it fill you completely.
Go forward knowing today will be a wonderful,
Marvelous day.
I'm Michelle Bradley and it is my deepest appreciation that you have joined me in this meditation.
I wish you wellness.
