
Chakra Love Meditation

Connect to the loving nature of each of your chakra centers. Your energy centers give you great insight into how to navigate through the world in a connective and joyful way. By practicing this meditation on a regular basis you will feel more aligned and peaceful in your life.
Transcript
Welcome to your meditation,
Go ahead and begin to settle in wherever you are,
Whatever you need today,
Taking some deep breaths to welcome yourself into your body and to invite your mind to settle,
Find ease and stillness.
Take any big inhales that you need in order to deepen your connection to your body and any big exhales,
Sighing through the mouth to release any tension or to let go of your day.
When your breath feels complete,
Bring yourself into awareness of your body,
Doing a scan of your physical body and noticing where you're holding tension or where you could bring in an invitation for more softness,
Perhaps in the face,
The eyebrows or the jaw,
Maybe releasing the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the abdomen,
The legs,
The fingers or the toes,
Looking for the places where you normally hold tension and then expanding your awareness to see if there is anywhere new,
Anywhere in your body that is asking for a little bit of extra love today.
Breathe into these spaces,
Sending them loving energy and breath,
Filling your body with appreciation and awareness.
Moving into your mental space,
Notice what thoughts are arising in your mind already,
What patterns of belief or thinking are playing themselves out as a way of distracting you or asking for your attention.
As you notice these thoughts arising in the mind,
Invite them to leave and exit your body on an exhale,
Riding the air out from your body and allowing these thoughts to dissipate into the environment around you,
No longer taking up space in your own mind.
Now,
Bringing the awareness to a level deeper,
Doing your scan of your energy body,
Your chakra centers that inform your entire life and your entire way of walking through the world,
Beginning first with your root chakra.
This chakra is at the base of your spine and connects you most closely to the earth.
Noticing how this space in your body feels,
Your pelvic floor,
Your spine,
Your hips.
Notice if you're holding tension here or if there is ease and comfort.
This chakra is the foundation of all of your other energy centers.
As this space heals,
So too do all of your other chakras heal.
They are a pyramid,
Stacking one on top of the other.
Notice how this foundation feels for you.
What is this root chakra asking you for in this moment?
Is there a way that you can find more groundedness and safety in your life?
Now bringing in your attention to your sacral chakra,
The space over your womb space below your belly button,
The space where your creative and life force energy flows,
Connecting you to your feminine cycles,
To your creative outlets,
And to your life-giving nature.
This womb space is deep and connective for the feminine spirit.
Notice if you can soften into this lower part of your stomach and listen to what your sacral has to tell you today.
Have you been loving this part of yourself?
Are you able to express your creativity?
Are you using your sexual life force to connect and expand or has this essence gotten muddied?
How can you come back into alignment with your highest purpose of this expression of yourself?
Coming up now into your solar plexus chakra,
In the space where your ribs begin to separate,
Your upper abdomen.
This is the center for your sense of direction,
Your sense of self.
Where are you going in life?
Do you feel that you are on the path of your soul or have you strayed?
How can you come back into greater alignment,
Deeper awareness to who you are and what your purpose in life is?
Breathing into this space below your lungs,
Above your stomach,
Noticing what it has to share with you.
How can you be in more balance as you walk your path?
Do you need to be more boundaried in how you interact with others or more boundaried in how you interact with yourself so that you can clearly navigate through the world with balance and beauty?
Moving up again,
Coming into your heart center,
Your heart chakra.
This expansive space of emotion,
This space holds some of the most challenging and some of the most extraordinarily beautiful elements of the human experience.
Asking yourself,
How is your heart feeling today?
Your heart is a deeper and wiser aspect of yourself.
Your heart space holds a deeper resonance and flow from your heart.
Expand your arms,
Which allow you to embrace the world around you.
So your heart asks you,
Are you living in the most heart-centered way?
What are you needing more of in order to connect with joy and love in your life?
Do you feel safe and seen by those around you?
More importantly,
Do you feel safe and seen by yourself?
When you breathe into your heart,
Are you able to expand with ease and comfort into this tender space?
Is there any forgiveness that needs to be spoken into your heart in order to let go of and release challenging emotions?
Is there a way to connect deeper to subtle gratitudes in your life in order to remember how beautiful your heart is,
Your life is,
Your soul is?
Moving up again into your throat chakra,
This space of expression and being heard.
Not just your ability to verbalize,
But your ability to feel truly understood.
Are you expressing yourself in an authentic,
Genuine way?
Are you being seen and witnessed by people who can really hold space for you?
Are you able to share what needs to be shared?
And are you able to hold space for yourself and for others?
This throat chakra loves to sing,
To dance,
To converse.
In this moment,
What is your throat chakra asking you to do more of in order to be seen as the vibrant expression of your soul that you are?
Bringing your awareness up to your third eye chakra,
The space in between your eyebrows where the seat of your intuition lies,
Your inner knowing,
The piece of you that speaks so loudly but that sometimes still goes unheard.
Your mind can overshadow this subtle intuitive space,
Your knowingness of how to proceed and what you need,
This sense of deep connection to yourself that can at times feel scary to truly listen to.
Is there a way that you can tune in to the whispers of your soul,
Trusting yourself as you make decisions,
As you navigate the world and notice the energy flowing between all things and all people,
Using this sight,
This sixth sense of the third eye and trusting yourself time and time again,
Even when your mind doesn't have the evidence for it.
Can you trust your inner knowing,
Allowing yourself to open up this energy space,
Be willing to listen and receive its wisdom,
And then bringing your awareness up to your final chakra,
Your crown chakra,
The very top of your head,
Your space of infinite and divine connection,
This space that connects you to the ethers,
To infinity,
To formlessness,
To spirit,
To your truest self,
This is the part of yourself that has unconditional love for yourself and all beings.
When your mind is challenging you with harshness or criticism,
Can you bring yourself back into this place of the crown chakra to remember who you really are,
To remember what your soul came here to do,
To remember that you are always taken care of,
You are always safe,
You are always loved.
Taking a few final breaths to dissipate your awareness over your entire body,
Into your aura,
Your energy field that flows in and around your being,
Allowing it to be filled with light,
With sparkly awareness of love.
As you sit through the rest of this meditation,
Allow yourself to explore whatever it is that arose in your awareness as you navigated through your body and your energy centers.
Sitting for this next portion of meditation with love and acceptance of yourself,
As thoughts arise,
Allowing them to ride away on your exhale,
Deepening into your body once again on the inhale.
At the end of the meditation,
There will be a bell to usher you back into wakefulness.
Thank you for showing up for yourself again.
Continue to explore that which calls you,
Listening to the deeper well of wisdom that resides within you,
Coming back to this meditation time and time again.
Enjoy these next few minutes and find deep connection with yourself.

Beautiful. I enjoyed the ambiguity in the chakras visualization as it allowed me to let my own energy body guide my visualization, and I felt I could see the dimmed, clouded, over active, sputtering, and smooth pulsating states of various chakras as they presented themselves as they were called. I see I have a lot of work to do, but I appreciate so much your guidance in bringing me that clarity. I highly recommend this guided practice for those with not as much experience working with one’s energy body, as it gave much insight without being overwhelming and heady with lingo, which in my experience can be a bit distracting when various energies are unfamiliarly named and being directed both within and without one’s own energetic fields. The duration of this mediation was something that benefited me as well by being a bit longer than other chakra healing sessions I’ve attempted (just by about 10-15 min). It gave me more time to hold my awareness in each position, and to truly experience the consistent nature and identify the current state of each of my chakras. Just an overall fantastic experience! I am so grateful and I’ll be back for another run through, In sure more than a few times! Thank you for taking the time to put this together and for your kind and serene spirit.

This one was a big help. I've been doing chakra work all week and felt I made good progress, except my throat. This also reflects how I'm feeling (or maybe visa versa) however, this meditation helped me start to move through it. Hoping I feel more aligned after another listen.
