Transcript

Find a comfortable position lying down.

Allow your body to fully rest.

Begin by sensing the points of contact beneath you,

The back of the body,

Supported,

Held.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Letting each area soften.

Move awareness through the spine,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The hands.

Let the jaw soften,

The space between the eyebrows smooth.

Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth.

Steady,

Strong,

Unmoving.

Repeat silently.

Steady is strong.

Rest here in this grounded stillness.

Allowing your nervous system to integrate.

When you're ready,

Slowly return.

Carrying steadiness forward.
