Begin by closing your eyes or softening your gaze.

Bring one hand to your chest or belly,

Wherever feels grounding.

Notice the subtle sensations beneath your hand,

The rise and fall,

The quiet communication of the body.

The body speaks softly,

But it never stops speaking.

Let the breath slow just slightly.

Imagine turning down the volume of the outside world,

Not shutting it off,

Just softening it.

What sensations are present right now?

Warmth,

Tightness,

Ease.

There's no need to label or judge.

Just notice.

Trust that your body holds wisdom.

Trust that listening is enough.

Stay with this awareness,

Letting insight arrive without force.
