This meditation helps you flow with the natural changes in a particular relationship. This meditation helps me a lot with my teenage daughter but you can use it for anyone in your life. We use rose visuals to help release old energy.

Hello!
This meditation is to help you flow with the natural changes in a particular relationship.
This meditation helps me a lot with my teenage daughter,
But you can use it for anyone in your life.
Decide which relationship you would like to focus on for this meditation.
Let's begin.
1.
Give yourself a breath and close your eyes.
Let your body release any tension.
And imagine you can feel the gravity pulling your body closer to the earth,
And feel the connection points between your feet and the ground.
And breathe.
2.
Notice where your attention is right now.
Is it on your body?
Or is it replaying something that happened earlier today?
Is it planning something that has not yet happened?
Whatever your attention is doing,
Or wherever it is,

Notice it.
Notice it being spread across different things and in different times.
Decide to invite all this attention to here and now.
Invite all of your awareness to gather in the center of your head,
Right between your ears and behind your eyes.
Take your time to find the center spot of your head.
And feel the difference.
Notice your heart and throat being below you.
Notice your eyes are in front of you.
And feel your ears on each side.

Let your awareness rest here throughout the meditation.
Breathe.
And now,
From the center of your head,
Imagine a beautiful rose in front of you.
Take a moment to really look at this rose you just imagined.
Notice the color,
Notice the color,
Or anything else about it.
And then decide that this rose is going to collect any stress,
Any frustration,
Or other negative feelings or thoughts about this relationship.
You might remember old conversations,
Or see old scenes replay.
Maybe you feel even parts of your body tense up.
Let all of this emerge.
Let the rose attract all of that and take it all in.
Notice if you're having any judgments about having those feelings or thoughts in the first place.

And let that all go into the rose too.
And watch all of this happen without any effort,
Like a movie is playing in front of you.
Let everything go.
And when you're ready,
Let go of this rose and explode it BOOM into a beautiful gold firework that releases all these old energies and transforms them into new,
Fresh energy.
And breathe.
Create another rose in front of you.
And also,
Notice this rose.
This rose represents the new changes in your relationship.
So take a moment to really look at it.
What did you imagine?
What's the color?
What's the tone?
What do the petals look like?
What does the stem look like?
Is it a totally open rose or is it a little bit more closed?
A little bit more closed.
See what your subconscious is expressing through that picture.
What vibe is this rose sending you?
Just notice what your imagination created for you and be curious about it.
And just keep your awareness in the center of your head as you look at the rose.
Stay nicely in the center behind your eyes.
Now become aware of any reactions you are having.
Any reactions about the changes in your relationship.
Any reactions about this rose you created.
Can you notice the thoughts?
The feelings?
What are they exactly?
Are they even your reactions and thoughts or are they someone else's?
What feelings are coming up?
And if they had a color,
What colors would they be?
What colors or textures would your subconscious express as visual images?
There is no intellectual effort in this.
We are using imagination and you are just enjoying the visuals emerging.
Breathe and observe what you can.
And then decide whether or not you want to keep hanging on to these feelings or thoughts,
Hanging on to these visuals.
Or are you ready to experience something else?
Are you ready to let go of these old reactions to make space for something new?
Now create a second rose next to this rose and decide that this second rose will collect all these feelings or thoughts.
Just in one go.
Without any effort,
It goes all into the second rose.
All of these reactions.
And now inhale and explode both of those rows into a beautiful,
Beautiful gold firework.
And experience the old energies,
The old feelings releasing and transforming into new energy.
Notice maybe a subtle difference in you also.
Maybe you feel just a little bit more neutral,
Just a little less triggered.
Now visualize a bubble around you,
About six feet all around you.
Some people call this your personal space.
Others call this your aura.
Go with whatever works for you.
And let your subconscious express itself and take in any details about your aura,
Like what color is it,
How smooth,
Is it even all around?
Does it cover your feet?
Do you see any tears?
Or is there a different texture in some places?
Just observe,
Play the movie.
And now imagine that you can see any resistance about these changes in your relationship.
Show up in blue in your bubble.
Often we resist change,
Whether it's positive or negative,
Because it's just new and sometimes scary.
So keep creating images of blue representing resistance in your space.
Some of that resistance might be your own,
Or maybe it's from other people.
Let it all show up in blue all around you.
Maybe you notice different shades of blue coming up.
Where does the blue even show up?
Is it close to your body,
Or is it closer to the outer edge of your bubble?
Be curious about this blue showing up.
How long has it been there?
And breathe,
And hold this visual in the center of your head.
And now decide,
Do you want to keep holding on to all this blue in your space,
To all this resistance?
Or maybe you're okay letting go of some of it,
Letting some of it go free.
Make the decision of how much you will let go.
A little bit?
A lot of it?
All of it?
A little bit?
How much resistance do you want to let go of?
Just decide.
And now still from the center of your head,
Create a rose that will magnetize all this resistance.
See,
Feel,
Just know that all this blue that you just imagined,
That you just saw,
Just all this blue,
All this energy of resistance,
Gets absorbed magically into this rose you created.
And now explode that rose,
Boom,
Into beautiful gold,
Fresh energy.
And breathe.
And now imagine a big gold sun above your head,
And fill this sun with fresh new energy,
And with forgiveness,
Love,
Compassion,
Maybe acceptance too.
And then visualize that sun coming down and coming in through the top of your head into your body,
Going all the way through your head,
Chest,
Stomach,
All the way down to your toes,
Filling every inch,
Every cell,
Every atom with this new energy.
Feel it both cleaning and nourishing your entire body and the space around you,
Filling it with all these new energies you just called on.
Notice the difference in your body,
In your space,
In your mind.
And breathe.
And know that when change happens,
We can resist it,
Deny it,
Control it,
Or even delay it.
And when we do that,
We are resisting something that theoretically has not yet happened.
We are resisting a fantasy.
You can decide to flow with change,
And be swept by it,
Taking you to somewhere else,
Somewhere you don't know.
And maybe you don't love it.
Or maybe you do end up loving it.
You won't actually know till you are there in that next future moment when you are experiencing it One thing for sure is that you will be living your life instead of worrying about a fantasy.
Go back to the center of your head and give yourself a last breath.
And open your eyes.
