This is a short meditation to help you gather your spirit. Take a break from the craziness of the day and bring all of your focus into this moment. Take these few minutes to relieve yourself of distraction and find your center. The background is peaceful water sounds and I am sending you love and care while we sit together.

Transcript

This is a meditation to gather your spirit,

To take three minutes for yourself,

To settle into a moment and connect with divine and centered energy.

Gather yourself up now,

Find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down,

Paying extra attention to how your back is supported and the connection of your feet to the ground.

Start by taking a deep breath in,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely,

Gathering your energy,

Gathering your focus to right now,

Feeling the aliveness within you,

The energy that breathes your breaths,

The energy that beats your heart.

Let's take another deep and grounding breath,

Breathing in and exhaling,

All of the energy brought to the here and now,

Connected to the life spirit in your lungs,

In your heart and in your mind.

Let's prepare to gather our energy to return to the world,

Awake and alert.

Take a deep breath in,

Let it all out and slowly,

Slowly begin to open your eyes and bring your attention back to your life.
