Taking 10 breaths.

If you're having difficulty focusing,

Or you're angry or upset,

Or feeling generally dysregulated,

Or you just want to take a moment to think before you act or react,

Then take 10 breaths to reset and reengage at any time,

In any place.

Count your breaths along with me right now.

If you get distracted in your thoughts as you're breathing,

Don't worry.

This is absolutely normal and natural.

As you notice your thoughts,

Gently bring yourself back to the breath and to the counting.

Start again where you left off.

If you don't quite remember where you left off,

Rewind this recording and just start over with breathing in 1 and breathing out 1.

Easy reset. My work is letting go of the meditation training I had, or the instruction because I have absorbed it as too serious.
