Honoring the experience of your breath,

Let the air come into and out of your body,
Breathing for this one,

Now bring your hands to your heart if that feels safe.
Feel the beating of your heart beneath your hand.
Feel the life that is you in every beat,
Grounded here and now,
Centered by the beating of your own heart,
