Take a few minutes and hold yourself in a space of love and connection. Take some time for this one, for you. Give some love to this one, to you. Just now. The backgound is peaceful water sounds and I am sending you love and care while we sit together.

This is a meditation to deepen your connection with yourself.

Please come into a seated,

Comfortable position,

Twisting and shifting,

Finding your right space.

If it feels safe for you,

Gently close your eyes and settle in.

Begin to center yourself into this moment.

Gather yourself up in attention and focus and bring all that you can to yourself in this moment.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.

And again,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely,

Settling in to a deep and rhythmic breath,

A rhythm that's all your own.

Let your breath captivate and fill your mind,

Honoring the experience of your breath,

Honoring the power of your lungs.

Let the air come into and out of your body,

Breathing for this one,

For you,

Breathing love for this one.

Now bring your hands to your heart if that feels safe.

Feel the beating of your heart beneath your hand.

Feel the life that is you in every beat,

Grounded here and now,

Centered by the beating of your own heart,

Heart beating love for this one,

Heart beating love for this one.

This is a moment of love gathered for you.

Love for the beating of your heart.

Love for the sorrows of your heart.

Love for the longings of your heart.

Love for the joys of your heart.

Love for this one.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.

And again,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.

And a third time,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.

And slowly,

Slowly,

Not before you're ready,

Slowly begin to open your eyes and bring your attention back to the room.
